These guys are really professional I got a really nice futon that my fiancé love. Our salesman made a minor mistake on the pricing, which was corrected by then before the transaction was completed I’m so greatful for that. We purchased our futon 10 min before they close but with that being said the still did a professional job and took there time and surprisingly the waited for the are ride to come this expo furniture on auburn blvd understand the concept of great customer service which is priceless.

I bought a lot of furnitures like master bedroom settings, sofa, dinning table and etc from them. I’ve waited until half a year to write this comment down; They carry the best quality furniture, give the best value, and they provide the best customer service. I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend Expo furniture to whoever wants buy furnitures!

A very BAD experience! I would never recommend any person to buy there furniture from this company. These people do not keep there words. I ordered a dinning set and they said there is a wait time of a week. After a week i called them and it was still not there. They said it might take another week, but it was not there even after two weeks. I went there to get my refund, but the manager of the store was not ready to refund the money and was talking to me very rudely & with no respect at all. After a talk of half n hour they refunded my money. The employees are not at all educated and does not know how to talk with there costumers. They are always ready to fight with there client and they never except there faults.

My husband and I recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from Expo Furniture Gallery. When it was delivered(the following day) it was obvious that both the loveseat and the sofa did not fit in the same room together. I called Rosa at Expo Furniture Gallery the next morning and explained the problem. She was wonderful — asked me to come down and choose a chair that would fit better and they would simply exchange the sofa for the chair when they came out to deliver the chair. I went back to the store and spent all the time I needed to choose a chair and a table to replace the loveseat. Rosa was helpful and congenial. Just a day later, the chair and table were delivered and the loveseat picked up with no extra charges. I love my new furniture and will definitely be back to choose a bedroom set next spring. I’ve been to many other furniture stores in Sacramento and most of them lack helpfulness, honesty and a great many of them are peopled with hard sell salesmen who have no interest in keeping a customer. Expo Furniture Gallery returned my faith in furniture sales and stores! I’ll be back!

Was shopping around for beds, and I needed one in a hurry. I stopped in at Expo Furniture Gallery. After shopping around I found that Expo was the only place that could deliver in the twenty-four hour window that I needed. The salesperson Yasmine informed me that delivery would be free and they would remove my old mattress and set up my new one. When the delivery person finally arrived, late mind you, did none of this. They simply placed the mattress on its side next to my old bed. They did not even remove the mattress from the plastic. They were gone in less than five minutes before I could even check it. Several attempts were made to contact the company but they place me on hold and never pick up. Poor customer service is not OK. I would give Expo Furniture Gallery zero stars if it was possible.

I looked at different mattress places to find the best deal for a twin size mattress. The sales representative was helpful to help find mattress that will last and that is inexpensive. It’s been two months so far and we are satisfied with the mattress.

We bought a sofa from this place in October. We had it made a foot longer. The sofa came in the wrong size in March. Still not sure if we will get a refund. Have been getting the run around. I would stay away from this company. Customer service is not important to this company.
