Dreadful Workmanship!
We were re-​tiling behind our bathtub so we hired Gregory with Fast Flow Plumbing in Sacramento to come out and install a new shower valve after removal of all tile and wallboard. The original plumbing was all exposed for his convenience. He installed the valve upside down and never put backing behind the valve so it was lose in the wall. Unfortunately this was not discovered until the wall had been tiled and we went to turn on the water in the shower and water dripped from the shower head and spout simultaneously. A good plumber would have checked that the water ran through the pipes before ever leaving the job site. We had another plumber come out and he noticed right away that the valve was installed upside down. The valve states right on it which side is up. The new plumber braced the pipes and turned the valve the proper way and for less than Greg at Fast Flow charged us to screw up our job.
Stay away from this guy if you want your job done correctly.

When we had a problem with our toilet, he was out on a Sunday morning within 45 minutes. Then when the tub began to back up, he was at a job in Auburn, but made it out to us the minute he was done.
He’s friendly, diligent, very good at what he does, and extremely affordable.
You won’t go wrong with this guy!

Called this place today (found them on-​line) because my dishwasher would not drain, and after attempting to fix myself I called. Greg came over within 30 minutes, pulled the dishwasher out, and found the clogged drain line. I paid a reasonable price (79.00) total.

A well-​reviewed local handyman pointed me to Fast Flow for some plumbing work I needed done. They got back to me quickly, and the plumber showed up at my house on time (despite bad weather). He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable.
He walked me through the options, offering advice and quotes — but no pressure on which route to take. The quotes were very reasonable. He did the job quickly and professionally. We were very, very pleased.
The only reason I am giving four stars (I’d give them 4.5 if I could) instead of five is, they have a pledge to pick up the phone ²⁴⁄₇ but didn’t when I called. Had it been a plumbing emergency, I’d have had to look elsewhere. The phone message did say they would give me $ 10 discount on the work for the inconvenience.
Overall, though, I fully understand why the first handyman I called recommended Fast Flow. They’ll be my first choice next time I have a plumbing issue.
