My Dad went to Figaro’s and I started going myself over 15 years ago. Bob, the owner is the best barber I have gone to in Sacramento. Bob grew up in Sacramento and it is fun to exchange the things we remember growing up. The other nice thing is that Bob does take appointments, so you know you don’t have to wait if you have an appointment. Bob’s wife Sue also works there and is always available if Bob isn’t. Great place to go and have great people take care of you.

I didnt know what I wanted, left it up to my hair cutter, and it turned out GREAT. Not only that but Bob and Sue, the owners, are wonderful people — genuinely kind and welcoming.
The search is over — I’ve found my spot.

I stumbled onto Figaro’s in 2004 while looking for a new barber in Sacramento. It isn’t an exaggeration to say that Bob is a local treasure. As a life long Sacramentan he always has entertaining stories to tell about the city and his experiences, oh yeah and he gives great haircuts. I’ve since joined the Air Force and moved away, but every time I’m home visiting family I make sure to make an appointment with Bob. You should do yourself a favor and stop in.

Bob is a great guy. I stumbled into his joint a couple of years ago when I first moved to Sacto, and I was hooked. Does a great job and only $ 14. And he’s usually got a pretty good old timey story too. Really convenient location too. Right on Arden, lots of parking, and the building is bright pink so it’s easy to spot. Nowadays I usually call ahead and Bob’s usually very accommodating. A+
