Get Er Dun Quick Pack & Move

I wish I could have gone back in time to never hire them. They showed up 30 – 40 mins late because they were «lost». I never received a phone call telling me that they were lost. The number listed on here is for the wives cell phone. I finally called this number after multiple attempts to get ahold or Matt or Mark. whatever his name is. His phone was off. She answered my call on the 1^st try and told me that they must be lost and would call them. She never called me back and wouldn’t answer my calls.
When they finally showed up they looked like a crew of misfits. They didn’t look professional or really know what they were doing. To top it off. Matt or Mark (the owner) was drunk! He wreaked of hard alcohol. Due to a back issue, I had no choice but to use them.
They loaded my uhaul in a little over an hour and then followed me to my storage. My storage is a 5ft by 15ft. Perfect for all the stuff I had. They treated my items like trash. They stored everything at weird angles and in awkward positions. When I move out of there. i can only image that my stuff will fall, crash and break.
Like previous posts said. they don’t care about your items or furniture. I pleaded with them to be careful with my antique mother’s table and they kept banging it into things and stacked heavy boxes and a HEAVY CHAIR on top of it. I wanted to cry. I felt like a had no say in where anything goes or how they handled it.

WARNING! DO NOT USE! I found them thru the Uhaul website. They severely scratched my valuable & newly restored furniture, dining room chairs, table, hutch. They tossed my extremely large tall Xmas box marked FRAGILE w/​Xmas ornaments to the ground from the Uhaul and broke most the ornaments, broke the nose off my snowman, broke a valuable large vase. Just to name a few things. They never said a word! NO credit! NOTHING! The lead guy complained several times that he was having a bad day, trying to train his new guys & deal with his wife & sons issues, he hasn’t had a day off in over 6 months. He made endless phone calls and took several breaks, leaving his crew he was «training» with no supervision to ruin so many of my things. WORST PART WAS THEY GOT PAID VIA MY ORDER THRU UHAUL!!! &

This company provides labor for moving in the greater Sacramento area. They can be found on UHaul’s Moving Help website. I already provided my review on UHaul’s website but they limit the number of characters in the review. Also, they do not allow you to respond to the response. I felt I owed it to the general public to provide a proper review of this company.
I used them to unload my rental moving truck. I used a different set of movers to load my truck since I was moving 85 miles. The guys who loaded my truck were excellent. They did everything in 3 hours. I was told by them that unloading should go much quicker since packing the truck takes more time.
Get er Done showed up 1.5 hrs late. They didn’t call me till they were already 1 hr late and only called because they were lost. I couldn’t help them much with directions since I am brand new to the area.
When they finally showed up, the lead guy complained several times that he was having a bad day. He took several breaks and it took them 4.5 hours to unload and they didn’t finish the job. It was late in the evening and they charge by the hour so I just gave up and let them go. They scraped up my newly painted walls with no offer to repair. They also broke my dresser. They responded that my «extremely large furniture» did not fit the staircase. My furniture is not any larger than average and has been moved several times through even tighter corners (including where I just moved from) with no incident.
Part of the job was for them to set up two beds. Granted, one of them was a little complicated. The lead guy decided to take yet another break and call his wife and then argue politics with my husband leaving me and his helper to put together the bed ourselves. To top things off, the UHaul site I used to hire them through quoted a price of $ 44 an hour. They charged me $ 50 an hour.
