Grand Kitchen & Bath Depot

I would have given 5 stars, but a flaw in the granite (not fault of company) has me slightly disappointed. Ordered granite from these guys and am very pleased with the customer service and product. Two installers showed up as promised and after short discussion on what we wanted and some minor adjustments they got right to work and completed when they said they would. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. If we are ever in need of granite again we will definitely go to these guys!

We were shopping around for a new vanity cabinet for our guest bathroom remodel. I had seen Grand Kitchen & Bath while driving down Roseville Road, so I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. We worked with Ken. He was very nice, and made sure to include all of the necessary bits and pieces in our original quote, which was VERY reasonable. The cabinets they offer are plywood construction, no MDF or particle board, and the drawers are all solid wood dovetail construction. These are NOT your Home Depot or Lowes prefabs. Anyhow, after going to a couple of other cabinet shops, we decided to go with Grand. We could not be happier. We ended up paying less for a high end, solid wood, custom vanity cabinet that we would have spent at Home Depot for a prefabbed MDF unit. Thanks Ken and Grand Kitchen & Bath Depot for the great products and friendly service! We will be back when it’s time for a new kitchen!

Very rude!!! Walked in showroom to look for information on kitchen remodel. Person behind desk did not look up or acknowledge us in any way. 2 men came in from back work area. Still no acknowledgement. They proceeded to start a personal conversation together, even though. we were standing about a foot away. After.5 minutes of being completely ignored. we left and they lost a complete kitchen remodel.
