Heald Mechanical is the most professional and knowledgeable business by far. They came out on a day that was over 100+ to service our AC unit after normal hours. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Heald Mechanical recently came out to fix my HVAC, and you can imagine how awesome it was that they came out on a Saturday less than twelve hours after being called. Greg was the specific person who came out, along with an assistant. These guys, from the start, were professional in every aspect. I was greeted with a firm handshake and we got right down to business. I told him what was going on, and immediately Greg went for the exact panels on the unit to remove. Turns out the problem wasn’t mechanical nor electrical, it was dirty coils in front of the motor that pushes air through the house and a blocked drain. He cleaned everything out, put a new drain on, and I’m now basked in the glory of air conditioning without having a single part replaced. Now it’s not always going to be that easy, but what a wonderful way to start summer!
Greg and company are professionals through and through, and I will always turn to them for future HVAC repairs and suggest my friends do also. This is truly a first rate company to deal with, and for that I would give them more stars if possible. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My grandmother’s heater went out on a VERY cold winter day. She called someone randomly out of the yellow pages who came out– told her she needed to replace her entire system for $ 12,000 and if she did it immediately he would only charge her $ 11,000 (to prevent her from getting a second opinion).
Following family’s advice, my grandmother got a second opinion. Heald Mechanical came highly recommended by close friends who have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are a local family business.
She called Heald, spoke to someone on the phone who was very personable and friendly. They sent someone out immediately which was appreciated in such cold weather.
Heald Mechanical spend hours at my grandma’s cleaning out her system, replacing parts and repairing her current system. They stayed to make sure everything was running properly. They provided SUPERB customer service making my grandma feel confident and ultimately WARM again :). They were reasonable priced & it’s good to know not everyone out there would take advantage of someone in desperate need of service.
If you are looking for quality TRUSTWORTHY service I would go with Heald Mechanical. If there were 10 stars… I would give them 10 stars.
