I have no complaints. Dr. Hitzeman is a caring doctor, and his staff is always friendly and professional. What more can you ask for?

Dr. Hitzeman is good doctor. The problem I have is with the office staff. Every single time I go there they are always running late. My most recent visit, I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor. What made me the most angry is a patient (that knew a nurse) wasn’t to be seen until later in the afternoon. However, somehow, the nurse managed to squeeze her in early, before my appointment, when they were already running 30 minutes late. My advice to them is if they are going to «squeeze» someone in, don’t let the other patients in the waiting room hear you do it. Especially when they were early to their appointment and don’t have an hour to wait there. Don’t recommend them if you want to be seen on time!

Since I am paying 500 pm for med insurance I dont think I got a fair deal.
