IHOP

This is the worst iHOP that I have ever been to. Their food isn’t up to the standards of other local iHOP locations. They put me on hold for 30 minutes before they took my to go order, and when I called the following week they stated that they no longer accepted phone orders for to-​go. What the hell? On top of the fact that they are super slow. If you don’t mind the extra drive and you have your heart set on pancakes, go to the moth Natomas location off Advantage. You’ll thank me later.

Got there with my family it started doing good an all sudden it got worst service it suck!!! got my food is steak tip with pancake egg an Hashbrown on it taste burnt like it been there over hrs an the the sautéed onions and mushrooms was burnt as well never go there again

Tia was my server, and I also spoke with the onsite manager Patricia. The manager was very polite. I’m thinking before writing a bad one or two star review about an establishment, ask to talk to a manager, tell them your concerns. People make mistakes, and an apology can go a long ways. People make mistakes.
As for my experience, I came in when it was really busy. My server was very polite when she greeted me and seated me. She immediately asked me if I wanted something to drink. She suggested a different way of ordering basically the same thing for a more reasonable price. My food was brought to me quickly.

We normally enjoy I hop for what it is — family style restaurant with decent food at a reasonable price. When we entered this establishment we were excited to sit and have a good breakfast, visit and do some business. We were greeted and seated in an unoccupied area and provided menus. After 5 mins of looking through our menus we still had not been asked what we wanted to drink. In the mean time 3 other families were seated around us. We were patient and waited for a waitress. A woman complained about the temperature and was made comfortable by all the staff. Good service was my first thought. Then another 5 mins pass and still no one comes to ask us about drinks. As we sat there we watched two waitress take drink orders and food orders from all the other families who were seated after us. We weren’t even acknowledged. Then a girl came up and asked what we wanted to drink and walked away. We were pretty upset by that point as it was now 15 mins and we haven’t even ordered yet. All the families were being served. We waited a few more minutes before deciding to leave. We ran into the gal who had finally taken our drink order on the way out. She didn’t even have our water yet. The manager on duty was Anthony. I wouldn’t normally care about waiting, however to be clearly ignored while other families were served was very frustrating.

Our server is Tia. Very nice young lady who served us with a smile and was very attentive.
This is our first time here and we enjoyed ourselves. Place appeared clean and we’ll organized.
I have no reservations coming back. Thank you Tia for your great smile and service!

Me and the wife decided to go out for breakfast and we have gotten horrible service. We started off at a table that the hostess Jennifer sat is at that was completely dirty with syrup all over it. She was not helpful at all she didn’t greet us at all or talked to us on the way to the table. Once we arrived at the table she just sat the menus down on the table and left. I then let the supervisor on shift at this time (Alyssa) and she moved us to another table however when we got to that table it was dirty and had a bug on the table. I again let the supervisor know that the table was dirty and had a bug on it and she told she would get someone over there to clean it up. 10 minutes later no one came to clean it up. I expressed myself to the waitress and she said she would get some towels to clean it up right away. 5 minutes later still a dirty table. So eventually it was cleaned. However the table was left wet so far it has been about 20 minutes and still no drink order or anything. Finally drink orders were taken and only my wife’s order was taken and not mine. To top this off her food came out cold not warm but cold French toast was dry no butter or syrup just flat out cold. I do not think that we will be coming back to this establishment again this was just to much for my wife and me.

I picked up the Citrus Chicken Pecan Salad for lunch today and was terribly disappointed by the quality of food I received. The greens were sparse. The chicken was dry. The oranges were bitter instead of tart… and there were NO pecans. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again. Buyer beware.

Went in and they sat us. The girl that sat is seemed kinda nice. Then she gave us menus. That was the last we saw or heard from them. Thirty minutes later we just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Doesn’t seem like a good way to keep customers. If they had been busy maybe I could understand but there were only about six tables and two servers.

Customer service sucks! Waited 10 min b4 being asked for drinks. Manager was like we r busy!

I came to IHOP for the National Pancake Day and there is a sign on my table that reads March 3^rd 7am to 10pm. To be told that they cannot serve me the «free» pancakes is completely rediculous and false advertising. It was 9pm when I sat at my table. If they were no longer participating then they need to remove their signs.

Good food! Moms spaghetti. Sama lama u assuming Ima human, when I was 10^th grade I thought I was gay, but when got the pancakes, I changed my mind. Vomit on my sweater already.

Whoever silly idea it was to only have one waitress after midnight, needs to be fired. This is the second time I’ve been in here, after midnight and I’m currently sitting at a booth that still has 6 plates from the people before me, sitting at it. 14 minutes later this table still hasn’t been bussed. I sit here just waiting with smelly dirty plates and still haven’t even been asked if I want a drink. I’m out.

I absolutely love ihop I came here after a night out with the buddies, I ordered a breakfast combo that comes with bacon, sausage, hash brown, eggs, and pancakes. You can also request to your server that you swap out pancakes for French toast if you prefer that. When I come here I always like to get a coffee and they give you a pitcher mug full to refill yourself at table.
I also really like their sampler they have for the mozzarella sticks, onion rings, etc.
This places serves all types of food all around the clock, they have breakfast, omelets, nachos, steak, and even burgers, that have an extensive menu so you gotta check it out yourself.
For a 24 hour diner it doesn’t get much to have a place where you and your friends can always grab food and dine in.
Oh yeah and try their pancakes they got all sorts of them, I mean it is ihop (international house of pancakes).

Ihop is a basic diner but the customer service I had today was great the portion sizes you get when you are eating at ihop are always enough for 2 maybe 3 but it’s good ;)

This IHOP is terrible and management and staff is rude and unprofessional. Yesterday I went in and used a gift card for my meal which was 2 people and totaled 29.90 and because of bad service my tip was 1 $. Today I noticed i was charged 35.88 not the 30.90 I authorized. So when the manager with terrible broken english called me back named Javier he was rude, had no idea what I was saying just kept saying he was looking at the receipt which means literally nothing. I asked to speak to someone else who spoke clear English and he put some random rude employee named Hamza who was coped an attitude and refused to help me and instead hung up on me. I called back 3 times after being hung up on and refused the number for corporate. Will NEVER go back again. BEWARE AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS

Service is up and down here, sometimes great and sometimes they totally forget about you. But we still come here cause the pancakes are too good to not. Just done come on the weekend for breakfast if its packed. during the week its fine.

Convenient location off of the freeway.
Food was made to order/​specifications and without error.
On this visit they were super busy, since it was a Sunday. It took about 15 minutes to be seated. Our waiter came immediately and took our orders. We had a lot of people in our party but he was very accommodating and got us everything we needed, most of all he was patient and didn’t act put out.
On our way out there was a customer that came in and sounded like she was trying to scam them for a free meal, but the staff handled her really well and didn’t create a scene even though that’s what the lady was trying to do.
I would def come here again if in the area, the restaurant was clean and the food was good.

Boo Hiss. Waaaaaaah!
I received an email when I signed up for their club. It offered a free stack of pancakes.
When I asked the waiter, he said they can’t accept it because they don’t have a scanner.

Yumm! A nice day in IHOP! Sat down! Ordered my food. Service was quick :3! Got food. Could not wait to eat! Ate the French toast…

Hey. I might be exaggerating but that toast was undercooked. Tasted like toast dipped in milk for 20 minutes.
Fix the toast.
But the rest of the food. Ok.
