Great customer service. Nice people, but they need to train their employees on how to use the register. They offer apple pay, but in my experience only half the employees know how to process the transaction. Other than that great place.

So came here and I’ve been waiting and waiting. The staff can’t seem to stop gossiping to actually fill our orders.

I always get amazing service here. I love the smoothies and oatmeal. The CSUS Jamba team makes it easy to eat dairy and egg free, no nasty surprise ingredients! Vegan friendly, diet friendly, food allergy friendly. They’ll mix in banana to sub for froyo and soy milk for dairy. I love the amazing greens and pomegranate paradise smoothies!

One of my go-to spots on campus when I’m in need of something quick and refreshing! Lines can get long depending on the time of day, but they get the drinks out pretty quickly. Their menu seems small compared to regular Jamba locations but they can make almost all drinks. Although I did try to order a new juice drink earlier this year, and they said they didn’t have the right ingredients for it(fresh squeezed juice). Also, their pastry and food menu is more limited than their regular locations. Prices for smoothies seem a little pricier too. Service is okay, the manager is pleasant but regular staff is hit or miss. One time I noticed one keep my BOGO survey receipt… I asked for a copy of my receipt so she gave me just the copy of my order. :( All in all this location is all about convenience, and if I have to pay a little more to save gas from going to a separate location in between classes, then I will!

This Jamba is ALWAYS out of something. It’s crazy. If it were every once in a while I could understand that, but almost every time I go, I get«sorry, we are out of that» and many times its followed by «and we are out of that too». Shame on you Sac State Jamba. I hope whoever does the ordering isn’t a business student…

I give them a five becasue you can make your smoothie’s «light» which is nice not to spend tons of calories on drinks. Mango-a-go-go is my favorite.

Pretty nice Jamba Juice and I’m stoked that it’s on campus. I ordered my fave, or at least one of them, the strawberry whirl. YUMYUMYUM. I also picked up a maple sugar crumble oatmeal and it was to DIE for. Love, love, love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can get a little crowded in here since it’s in a smallish nook in the Union, but normally it’s not too full so you can get in and get out.

I was instrumental in bringing this Jamba Juice to campus as a member of the Union Board of Directors.

FINALLY – Sac State has a Jamba Juice! I’ve been a vet of Sac State for quite some time. I have waited to see a Jamba Juice in the union and was very excited when they added one. Too bad I only have one semester left :( My favorite smoothie would probably be mango-a-go-go. You can find the Jamba Juice in the union, it’s on the first floor. It’s a full Jamba Juice so they do everything all the other ones do like sell giftcards, sandwiches, oatmeal in the mornings, ect.
