The front and menu looked nice enough and the Burger King plus Quiznos that previously were in this location had gone out of business. I walked up to the register and the women looked like they were trying to do some accounting of some sort and were quietly arguing with each other. I stood there for two and a half minutes, timing it on my watch and then finally said, «may I order food please?» One of the women was startled like they hadn’t seen me. I’m a big guy, there is no chance of that happening. They finally got it together and took my order. Then it was round robin to see who would take my money. After the third woman was looked to, she stepped up and gave me my change back. I ordered the hot chicken pesto sandwich on sourdough with mozzarella and tomatoes. The sandwich did go through the toasting machine but it somehow came out only slightly warm. The sandwich was ok, but for $ 10, it should have been MUCH better. The arguing for several minutes shows that no one really knows how to close a register at the end of a shift or clock in arriving employees. The temperature on the toasting machine needs to be checked and more training for the employees needs to be given.
