Jordan Auto Sales

We actually bought a car at their other location, California Truck Center, on Auburn, but all our paperwork and documents have Jordan Auto Sales on it so I’ll review here.
This was the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mike was nice, up front, and helpful. I was looking for a specific model of car and I found 6 for sale in the area. I test drove all of them, and compared them all. The car we got from Mike was the best deal, was in the best shape, and had the lowest mileage. He was totally fine with us taking it to the dealership to get it checked out, something that some other dealers refused. There was one somewhat big item that needed repair and Mike made sure it was fixed and taken care of for us.
I waited a month to see how this would go and it’s been a very good buy. We’ve taken the car on two road trips and have had it checked out again since we purchased it and everything is great. I am still waiting on our registration, but I’m not too stressed out about that *knock wood*.
When buying a used car, I would definitely recommend taking it to a dealer or mechanic to get checked out, that was $ 150 well spent in my opinion. After running into dealers who balked at the idea of letting us get the car inspected, I now take that as a sign of an honest dealer.
I feel like the entire process was upfront, and Mike tried to make it as painless as possible. They work with quite a few banks and we got decent financing.
Overall, I would recommend them for sure. Just do your due diligence when checking out your new car.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. I bought a car here and the NEXT day it started acting up. They ignored my concerns for a week. They didn’t let the owner know I had a problem. I’ve been back 3 times and I have STILL not been satisfied. I walked in after I was told to bring the car by so I could recieve a loaner vehicle, and there were 4 «sales» people sitting eating lunch and I wasn’t greeted in any kind of way. They acted like I wasn’t even there. Unless you are the kind of person who wants to be swindled, do buy a car here. I’m not the type of person to wish bad on anyone but the rest of this «crew» really deserve to be fired. The owner luckily is a man of his word and deserves to know whatis really going on in his buisness at this present day.
