I just asked the cashier in the drive thru to repeat my order to me and here’s comes attitude and loud disgruntled voice tone. First time eating here and most certainly won’t be back. First impressions say a lot.

I won’t be returning to this location again. I used to come frequently, no more. The girl at the drive thru window was rude, didn’t give me a reciept and when i asked to add something to my order she said that isn’t allowed. Huh??? I had to go through the drive thru a secound time just to order a chicken sandwich that i forgot the first time through and wanted to add on. I have added things on my order before (once or twice not a bunch of times) so I’m surprised she told me it’s not allowed. I’m pretty mad I had to go through again and wait behind 6 cars and then was told to pull around and park because they had to cook my sandwich. I like this location it’s close to my house and I’ve always been treated really good employees were always pleasent. It’s a shame they’ve lost a loyal customer.

The worse KFC in South sac. Came her a few days ago and waited 45 minutes for my food. I am back hoping it was a bad day. And what would you know it nothing changed. Just got told after I have wanted 10 mins I got to Waite another 8 minutes for my sides.

I worked here for two years. Quit last june. I honestly feel really bad for my old coworkers here. This place has really lost itself as time grew. The bathroom is filthy, the lobby is trashed most of the time. i don’t blame this on the employees at all. I blame it on the management of this store. Every time I worked and came in here as a customer, it’s ALWAYS understaffed. This store has been through a ton of managers and relief managers. It’s really frustrating to see these workers and customers suffer from the management understaffing. Customers have to wait an awful long time for their food because of the understaffing. I come here a lot but it sucks to see the store going downhill. I’d honestly recommend going elsewhere for lunch or dinner.

First time at the new location. I’ve been going to KFC on Freeport since I was a child! So I go to the new location. WoW… no deals no coupons. SUPER EXPENSIVE. The cashier was friendly, but rushed me! She kept keying in my order, before I was done! Very irritating! I told her I had to get specific things and had a budget! She really rushed me. So when I came home with the KFC, it was all bad! So, unless they have a coupon with a huge discount… won’t be going here again any time soon!

Fried chicken and fish and chips. This KFC is a combination store with Long John Silvers right across Sutterville from Sac City College. The store is new and better than average, although access may be difficult during rush hour traffic. This is not a gourmet place, but KFC always makes tasty chicken with all the classic sides.
Cleanliness is always variable based on how many people are in the store, but they try and maintain a good store. The options are pretty good and similar to the other chain stores, but the combination allows you to mix and match meat and side dishes. The deep fried options are tasty and endless!

for being a fast food restaurant. they seem to not take pride in the fast portion. the staff was pretty friendly but they lacked speed. when we walked in we noticed a lot of people at tables waiting for their food and upon ordering I saw why this was the case.

Will never return. Went in with our kids took 30 mins. Me wife asked a talk black guy that was just standing around how much longer it was going to take. He said he didn’t know then turned around and said to another lady working «you ain’t special bitch» my wife didn’t tell me until after we left because she knows I woulda said something and that doesn’t always end well. I might never eat at a long john silvers/​kfc ever again. If they are this bad at service I can only fear how bad there food handling abilities are… Shame on you kfc/​long john silvers. And to have this attitude with such a nice women to blows my mind.

This 5 Star is for the delicious deep fried turkey I bought from KFC for Thanksgiving. It would be my first deep fried turkey, and it was surprisingly tasty and better than I imagined it would be. Again, this 5 star is strictly for the Thanksgiving Turkey experience only.

We have come here a couple of times and so far the food has been on par with what you would expect from either LJS or KFC. However, the pairing does seem odd. The times we have come here has only been in the drive through, but the staff is always friendly, orders always correct and food still hot when we get home. From what we can see from the drive through window it appears the back area is kept clean and staff are following health code guidelines. This will probably never be our go to spot for KFC due to issues with some of the customers and non customers in their parking lot.

It took over 30 minutes to get 2 items, a chicken little and a go cup with 2 chicken tenders and wedges. I saw people that walked in after me get served before me. I don’t see how that’s possible with how little my order was. The person I came with had to leave before they even got their food because of how long it took. Their way of organizing the orders clearly needs improvement. Maybe they need to hire more workers, because the ones there seemed really overworked
Either way, this will be my first and last time at this location

The food was not good, the chicken was cold. The biscuits were hard as a rock and cold. Mashed potatoes were luke warm, gravy tasted weird, not normal.
I Was afraid of getting sick so I could not even finish eating my meal

Don’t eat the hush puppies! This is based on my own experience and let down. I hadn’t seen a LJS’s in FOREVER! Put LJS and KFC together and you’d think it spells AWESOME!!! Pump your brakes, nope!
I ordered a piece of fish, a side order of hush puppies (cuz I hadn’t had them in over 10 years!), and a couple KFC snackers. I was going to go nuts eating fried food!
The majority of what I ordered was typical of a LJS or KFC. What I craved the most, also tasted the most dried out and unedible. I actually spit my bites into a napkin, even though I tried my best to stomach it. Lesson learned.

The food is really like any other location– not much to say there.
Pros:
–Quick and friendly service.
–Clean
Cons:
–Booth seats are not secured to the ground so they can shift. (This may be a benefit if the someone is particularly large or small because you can move the bench, but the benches just looked messy to me.)
–No iced tea dispenser for dine-​in guests. (You have to ask the staff to get you ice tea from behind the counter.)
Overall, it’s decent. The parking spaces are pretty narrow, but they have a drive through if you don’t want to park.

I had a momentary lapse in judgment and succumbed to the temptation of a drive thru. I ordered a 2-​piece grilled chicken (breast and leg; 290 calories) with mash potatoes, potato wedges, and a biscuit ($ 7). It took me longer to decide what to order than for them to «make» my order. Yes, everything was pre-​made, but I was a bit astonished with such efficiency. Maybe because I haven’t been to a drive thru in years.
The breast meat was dry, but I gobbled up the drumstick quite fast. The sides were all mediocre. I couldn’t help feeling guilty with each bite, especially when I’m dipping everything in the gravy.
After this meal, I can’t think of anything but my next gym visit.
