Nice and friendly employees. Quick service and they get my order correct every time

Absolutely disgusting. The rest rooms were a pigsty. Shit was Meares over walls and floor. Toilets with puke and dirty tp around the rims. I literally threw up then I enter the stalls. If this is how they keep their restrooms I can only imagine the sanitation in the kitchen.
Do NOT EAT HERE!!!
Ps. after seeing the restroom, I threw my food away. Did not want to take that chance…

Took all four of my boys today at 1230 to escape the rain. When I got there it was busy but not to bad. I ordered and was over charged so I was told I had to wait for a manager to come by. No apology i was told I need to tell her up front I am ordering from the 2 for 5 menu. She did not go tell anyone i needed a refund but really did wait for the manager to come strolling by. While I was waiting for my refund I stood there and observed her help the next customer. She forgot to pull the women’s change out. Then told the women she had to wait for the manager to come by. Then because the women was lost at the fact this worker was not going to make it a priority the cashier had the nerve to actually say move out of the way. The manager finally came and as I stood there watching the manager write on my receipt she told the cashier to keep taking orders till she was done. The cashier then turned to the next customer who happen to be a well behaved preteen and said WHAT. The girl ordered and even said thank you. The manager ignored the situation thrusted my change at me and the money to the other women. They then forgot to give me the nuggets I ordered. Not once thru the whole process did I get an apology. I do not understand how they can have someone on the cashier who looks grumpy and is rude to the customers. I didn’t know the preteen but I apologized to her telling her she did not deserved to be talked to like that. The young women then told me it happens there to her all the time.

Cheap eats, the only thing I ever get from here is the $ 1.09 large drink an sometimes soft serve ice cram, mcflury. The fries doesn’t spoil, the food hardly spoils shouldn’t go into anyones body.

Not acceptable we went there tonight and they forgot to give us the sauces for the chicken nuggets.

Well once again I have gone thru the drive thru on my way to work with no time to spare and got a lukewarm sausage mc muffin I ordered a carmel coffee.. Brrr it’s cold outside so yea a hot one only to get it iced! ! No time to go inside so stuck with a iced coffee and a Mc cold breakfast..

Very nice interior décor for a McDonald’s. It was quite a pleasant surprise as I first walked through the doors. What else I saw disgusted me. After the way I was treated as well as the elderly man I will never be coming back. The actions of this staff is what I would expect from a teenager who didn’t care about their job not a middle-​aged woman. I know that this isn’t the best place to go for customer service but I have never seen such terrible service in my life. Please read my story for the full detail of my experience.
I first entered to an elderly man standing near the counter talking to himself with books and no way in his hands, quite a normal scene until I realized he was trying to talk to the cashier or any employee to try to mark an order. I then stood at the counter and waited. And I waited, and well I waited some more. After about 3 or 4 min I locked eyes with an employee and she said «ill be with you in a second» and I responded «alright cool» and returned to waiting (the old man still waiting) about another 5 min a different younger woman came to the register and I said «hey someone who can help me» and she mumbled something unintelligable and pointed to the woman I first locked eyes with a walked away. So I waited… Again. Another several minutes went by and I finally was serviced by an older white woman named Latisha or Latasha who did not apologize or even acknowledge my wait time. My order was quickly taken and when I went to wait there was a line of 3 or 4 other people and backing it up was the old man from the start. When the old man got the the front of the line the cashier just walked away. I quickly received my order and began to walk away to turn my back on this horrible experience when I noticed the old man still waiting $ 20 bill in hand. I told the cashier who had walked away that this man needed to be serviced now he has been waiting. Her response was «Oh he has only been here for a couple of minutes» to which I responded «no he has been here asking for help since I walked in and you have repeatedly ignored him» to which she fluttered her hand in a whatever/​shoo motion.

Restaurant is pretty good but the people who work there are kind of rude. but they are pretty quick but not always fresh

Only few branches has a play place and this is the nearest. It was extremely hot outside and when we got in, it seems like there was no air condition at all. Place is clean and staff is ok. My daughter on the other hand is very happy playing so that’s were the 3 stars are for. LOL

Brought our 5yo here for fries and hot fudge sundae. This is the only mcdonald’s near our apartment with a playground. It’s hot outside and it’s ALSO hot inside mcdonald’s. Management should do something about the aircon.

I will definitely not come back to this location! Lately every time I come my coffee is wrong and I don’t ask for anything special just the way it’s supposed to be made. Today I ordered and vanilla ice coffee and got a vanilla cream instead.(sarcasm) I wanted coffee not what I received not a good way to start Monday morning.

This Mcdonalds is pretty awesome! Always clean and the tea always fresh! Great service all the time. I’ve only had one manager lady be rude to me there before. But I called and they were very quick to apologize for how rude she was. It wasn’t they’re fault though. The rest of the staff there is awesome! Hollie who usually works mornings is awesome! She always knows what I am going to order and has it ready !

I go here frequently since I work so near to this location. I’ve used my McDonald’s app plenty of times & usually without a problem. I had gone to the drive thru to order breakfast & I mentioned about my McDonald’s app coupon before completing my order, the guy taking my order just told me to drive up the first window for my final total. The lady at the window said they don’t take those coupons any longer. I told them that whoever I was talking to said to just drive forward, then the guy comes & says to the other worker ’ all you have to do is press redeem’ as he presses redeem. Then a couple mins later the manager comes & informs me that they haven’t been taking those coupons for awhile now. & that the only way the order will process thru is if she approves it & she said she wouldn’t. Even after wasting so much time & already redeeming my McDonald’s app coupon! It seems like they hire new people every week & some misunderstanding comes up from the employee. I ended up canceling my entire order. Their play area is cool but it usually always smell of sweaty feet, like there’s is no ventilation in there. The manager I usually see working is far more understanding about any problem that happens, but it ended up being this old white chick.

Today was the last time I will patronize this establishment. I have been eating here since the establishment was built in the 1990’s.
Here is my issue with this particular McDonald’s:
–Rudeness. On the last 10 occasions I went through the drive thru. The staff would greet me: «can I take your order!» with a rude tone. Today I was looking at the menu to order something different and she said, «Can I take your order!» I then replied «I needed to look at the menu for a sec» She then replied again, «Can I take your order!» That was her response to me saying that I needed to look at the menu. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back. (Management: This was around 7:30 am on 9÷25÷2013)
–Argumentativeness. Two weeks ago I tried to order the «Thick Cut Bacon Egg White Biscuit» They insisted that it was the «Bacon and Egg biscuit» that I was trying to order. So they gave me a ham and egg white biscuit. Luckily, I had taken a photo of the outside menu so I could go inside and educate them on their own products. I showed them the picture. They still insisted that it was the bacon and egg biscuit that I wanted. Then I pointed to the menu inside, which had a photo, and they said. Yeah that’s the bacon and egg biscuit. Wow. No it was the egg white and thick cut bacon biscuit. I emphasized the picture again. «Look there is no yolk. no yellow. There is a picture right there»
Then they proceeded to tell me they could make a custom sandwich, implying that I was being difficult.
So that’s it. No more. I recommend that people go the Arden and Watt location instead of this location. The staff is FAR more friendly and professional.

This McDonald’s is great. They have recently been remodeled and it has a new very cool look. They also have a fun new play area for the kids and it is huge. Good food, fast service, and a friendly staff. Their prices are also much lower than others in the area.

How do I love thee?
Let me count the ways…
DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS: I love you… Why do I love you so much? Well, your loaded with the most flavorful meat (or at least I think its meat but I don’t care what it is actually it’s delicious AND makes me blissfully happy) patties with the perfect amount of grease, salt, pepper and addictive flavorings similar to crack…
And then your American Cheese slices that although will more than likely be the last thing standing along with the cockroach in the event of a nuclear blast, but I love your cheese… LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It melts ever so perfectly and covers my burger patties enveloping them in creamy, greasy, cheesy goodness… The minced, re-​hydrated onion pieces truly make the experience even more gratifying for me as does the ketchup and mustard OH and your pickles too as long as you don’t add to many…
Then, you always give me as many ketchup and mayonnaise packets as I request without bitching or complaining about it OR charging me for them like some locations try to do, even if you do wonder what in the hell I am doing with them all… For the record Micky, I’m actually using damn near every single one of them as I remove 3 of the four buns, chuck them and make a quadruple decker cheeseburger out of the meal and with each bite; I dredge all that meaty, cheesy, fatty goodness through my mini mountain of ketchup and mayonnaise concoction right before it slams into my pie hole…
$ 1 LARGE SODAS: Ahhhhhhh… Icy crisp, carbonated and so far, never flat… For several years now and right around the turn of the economy taking a dive you had the genius idea to sell your 32oz soda’s for a single buck… I gained an entirely new level of respect for you at that time and your holding firm to it even years later… AND when I ask you for ‘light on the ice’ to date you have always given me what I asked for not a cup full of ice and a splash of diet Coke…
SAUSAGE McMUFFINS 2/​$ 3… Yet again… With times being tough and us working people pinching our pennies you have for several years now sold these little beauties that are chocked full of some of the most flavorfully, sausagey meaty, greasy, peppery (and yes… I have dissected them in private in an attempt to crack your secret recipe code and I know you put the beloved red chili pepper flakes in them ;) good form…), salty goodness along with one hell of a perfectly cooked egg; yolk included…
These are the reasons that I stay tried and true to you and at this particular location here you have yet to let me down unlike some of the other locations which suck it big time…
Both your drive thru and dine in employees have to date, always been courteous, friendly, clean and quick as a whip when getting me and at times, me and mine back out on the road lickety split; again… unlike other locations which seriously drag ass and you don’t… AND your decision to remodel the entire interior of your pad was a magnificent decision as it’s so posh and designer now even though your a Micky D’s you can still reign over the others who choose to do less…
So keep up the great work and know that I’ll be back in to see you again soon… Can’t tell you when as I like to keep you on your toes though so don’t even bother to ask…

Five stars is for the play area and the milkshake… Wind em up and let em go !!!

Don’t eat the food, yuck!!! I learned that years ago and I thank the good lord that I did.

I’ve been to this McDonalds a few times. It’s located across thr street from Country Club Lanes. Each time I have bewn there it was dirty.
The last time I went I ordered 2 dipped cones. The cones were make so small that I felt ripped off. The ice crème was about one inch higher than the cone part. I complained they were small and all they said was «sorry».
I’d skip this restaurant. There is a Wendy’s close by that is clean.

Well for one thing. My in-​laws thought it would be cute to go here and ask for applications to work. They are from another country and really naïve to employment opportunities in the USA. When their nephew asked for applications for them he was told by the woman behind the counter that it would be «$ 20.00 per application.» As you can imagine he was rather surprised that a multi-​million dollar corporation would be charging money for applications.
I was surprised too. So I called them and the person that answered said: «We don’t charge for applications. I don’t know why they would have been trying to get money for applications. But we don’t do that here.»
So. Now that we got to the bottom of that I was satisfied that we solved the «pay for apps» situation.
As for service in this facility? It really is atrocious. The tables are always greasy, the floors are sticky and someone needs to go through the jungle gym with a steam washer.
@Kris M. this really is a policy of McDonald’s to give you as little ketchup, pepper, salt and other sauces as possible. Say you order a 10 piece order of chicken nuggets. They will only give you 2 containers of sauce.
This is a corporate thing and when I was a teenager working at Mickie D’s they were just putting this into effect.
For my money– you could drive down the street to another McD’s and get the same food basically for less hassle.
If you want to go to a good McDonald’s I suggest the one on Marconi and Eastern in Carmichael, CA. Not that far of a trip to get burgers that are fresh and fries that are golden crispy and very very tasty.

Is it McDonalds new policy to give you as little condiments as possible? Oh, and you want to charge me HOW MUCH for a large cup of water?
Asked for salt and pepper for the fries (for 2 meals) and got 1 packet of salt, 2 packets of pepper. Also asked for ranch and we didn’t get that either.
