Worst customer service… I am new to waxing. This is the first wax groupon I bought to try it out. Called to make an appointment, but its an automated voicemail. Left a message for appointment. She texted me the next day with a link to book, ofcourse the link does not work. I texted again next day explaining the link issue and asked for appointment. She said she doesn’t have any available soon, but i don’t care i just want an appointment. So I asked to be put on call on the cancellation list, and asked for an appointment even if its a month away. Had about 3 days of texting conversation. Still appointment, and still have no response, its been 3 – 4 weeks now, and I have this groupon that will expire next month. So just save your time and money and find a place less complicated and have better customer service.

I have now been to get a Brazilian from D’Marie twice. Every time has been very pleasant. The first time I was a bit nervous but she put me right at ease. Explained the process, what to expect during and after. I was well aware of how uncomfortable it would be before heading in and it lived up to the talk, but the second time was much better and was over way faster than the first! I’m excited to continue going every month and deal with less and less hair. Us women have so much to worry about in the shower one less thing would be amazing! Lol

Today I had an appointment with D’Marie for a Brazilian Wax its was my 1^st time I was a little nervous that it would feel awkward especially the position you have to be in to get waxed
But D’Marie was awesome she made me feel very comfortable and was able to keep a conversation and make me laugh her prices are good.
I definitely recommend her.

I have been seeing D’Marie for several years now. She does a great Brazilian wax; Quick, thorough and professional. She makes sure to get rid of any strays and will take care of those ingrown hairs as well. She uses great product and really takes her time. Her waxing room is cute, comfortable and clean! You can see that she takes great pride in her work. I recommend her whenever asked! Her regular price is a great deal, but even better for new clients if you happen to find her on Groupon or Living Social!

Dayna gives awesome Brazilian waxes! I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she’s super friendly & makes you feel very comfortable. The wax she uses makes it less painful also! Definitely recommend going to her!
