North Natomas Self Storage

I’ve had a storage unit here for over 5 years and its been good. Access is really easy and secure. They used to be 24hr access but unfortunately not anymore. That doesn’t bother me to much because i really didn’t go there at 3am to get something out of storage. The prices are very competitive to other storage places. I have an indoor unit. The storage buildings are clean and its not difficult to get things in and out of it. The roll gates for the unit are easy to open and to lock up.
Other than the front office being very helpful and efficient one of the best benefit for having a storage unit here is that you have access to their own moving truck anytime you need it as long as its available. All you gotta do is put a deposit down (which of course you get back) and fill up the gas that you used. This has been a money saver!
I don’t know if they still do this but they used to give referral bonus. So If you get a unit here (which i do recommend) let them know that you heard it from me. LoL

This company is owned by a very nice woman but unfortunately this nice woman has an employee that is ruining her business. He is a retirement age gentleman that is not only curse but he is rude and very disrespectful; especially to women. They have charged my credit card more than once without permission. This is even after I notified them the first time and requested specifically to never do it again. It is a shame that this nice woman owners business has the face of this man. I moved out just for this reason and I wouldn’t doubt that others have too. There are too many storage units in Sacramento; even in Natomas. I would recommend using a different one than this one unless you want excessive late fees, unauthorized charges on your credit card and a refusal of a refund of overpayment upon vacating.
