Excellent location, great staff. Pizzas are always made on time, as promised.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and historically they have been average compared to other nearby stores however last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. It took 35 minutes to make the pizza, not because they were swamped, but because they had only two people working. Factoring in driving and baking time and it took over an hour. I would have given it two stars if the employees seemed to care at all about how long we were waiting.

It’s great to have this papa Murphy’s so close to me. I’ve been here a few times but tonight deserved a review for the great customer service. Regretfully, I didn’t get her name. I love when people interact with my son when we go out and she was all around very sweet! I hope she is there Everytime I go in.

This is about the customer service. It’s really rare that I write reviews unless I truly love the place or if they totally ruin my experience their. I love Papa Murphy’s, I would go to the Papa Murphy’s on Arden all the time because 1) it’s really easy 2) it’s yummy 3) fast. So when one open on fair Oaks I was super happy because it was closer to my house. The first few time’s were okay I ordered, I paid for it then went home to cook it. But the last two times they have been really short with me. So as we all know we all get a crap ton of coupons from Papa Murphy’s. They just make rain on you with them. And I love deals so when I went to get my pizza I had my coupon but lost it before I got in. I explained that I just the coupon but lost it would it be possible to get the deal still? The cashier response… No. I was like but you guys give them out like candy. heck there’s coupon on other side of the directions. Then she said I can’t give you the deal. I wasn’t in the mood to argue with this kid so I paid for the pizza and left. So today 8÷21÷14 I thought I would give it another chance… my fiancé call the Papa Murphy’s about a deal and that he had a coupon for it would it work the lady on the phone said yeah it would work so it would make our pizza $ 6, we ordered the pizza and went to get. We go in and this time with coupon in hand and cashier told us it $ 12​.my fiancé was like no it should be $ 6. Then the manager comes over and said no it cause you ordered the family size. To which he said that’s why I have this coupon to make it $ 6. She said no you can’t combine that with the deal. My fiancé getting really pissed said I called to make sure it would work if that was the case I wouldn’t have gotten this. then she was like okay just this one time I will make $ 8 to which he said no I want the $ 6 price what I called for and she was I didn’t know you and the employee probably didn’t understand. him: it’s not my fault that your employees don’t know how to put it in there pof system that I wanted to do this. The manager looking pissed said just make him a large and give it to for $ 6.at this point my fiancé and I were extremely tired and hungry we just the damn pizza and left. While eating the pizza after cooking it of course I went on Unilocal to see if it was just me or or does this place suck… No it them. So I won’t be coming back here I will go back to the Arden location. It farther but that’s how unhappy I am with this place. Really sorry if this was long.

William was so RUDE on Thursday when I came in and order. He cussed me out and called me names. I will never come back because of him! !!! He needs to be fired.

Great to have another Papa Murphy’s location, this one in Loehmann’s Plaza. I really like the convenience of having this one and it’s close to the grocery store and to Jamba. My favorite is the deLite pizza.

Came here on a night when nothing sounded good and my daughter was visiting from out of town. She likes PM’s so decided to give it a try.
Staff was cordial here – not overly friendly– and mentioned that if we signed up for emails we would get $$ off coupons, which I did from my phone. I got $ 5 off! Store itself was extremely clean
Pizza baked nicely at home, but I felt the flavor’s were just ‘ok’. I think these pizzas are geared more towards high school/​college kids who are looking to cook it quick to snack.
I don’t think I’d make a special trip here for a pizza, but think it works just fine for the college crowd.

OK, so we are big fans of Papa Murphy’s and we especially love the gourmet veggie on the delite crust. We usually go to the location at Arden and Eastern, and they have never disappointed. So when the Papa Murphy’s opened at Loehmann’s Plaza, close to our home, we were excited.
Well, the other night I picked up a gourmet veggie on delite crust and paid for extra veggies. When I got home, I was very disappointed to see the veggies were very few. I did notice at the store that all of the toppings were being weighed-​out prior to being put on the pizza, which is really poor taste in my opinion. The other Papa Murphy’s stores had never weighed out the toppings to my knowledge. I have heard from others that this store owner also owns the store on Marconi, and is similarly stingy with toppings at that location.
I was so disappointed when I got home, even my wife noticed the light toppings, and then I told her I paid for extra veggies. I called the store back to speak to the manager, but she was busy with other customers. I have spoken with other folks who have had similar experiences at this location, which seems to be a systemic problem, and which the owner couldn’t care less about evidently. And when I called back, the kid who answered the phone said that lots of people have complained, but the complaints go unanswered. Wow, that’s real arrogance by the owner.
If you want to deal with a tight owner who weighs toppings and then thinly applies them to your pizza, this is the place. If you want a normal pizza, where the toppings aren’t weighed, you and I will be much better served at the Arden and Eastern store, which is very close to this store and worth the extra couple minutes drive.

I came here last week after receiving mailer that papa Murphy’s opened up in loehmanns plaza. The staff were all teenagers which is cool not only that but you know how you go to some other locations and the teenagers are having they’re conversations amount each other before acknowledging you. Well the teens showed they love they’re job I was greeted immediately placed my order and was out the in 15 mins. The only thing is I felt they where a little skimpy with the Canadian bacon and cheese because my pizza had gaps where there was just sauce no cheese or anything so when I got home I just added more topping see pics. It’s definitely a nice addition to loehmanns plaza.
