I have never had remodeling work done, and I was very nervous about it. Platinum Custom Construction was amazing. They were on time, reasonably priced, and did amazing work. I would definitely use them again in the future. I would give them ten stars if I could!

Derek came and gave us a quote. Via text message but was all over the place to lock in a date and time. We sent one final text requesting a date and time and we would make sure that my husband would be there… no response. Due to lack of communication and lack of commitment I would not recommend. He never did the job nor followed through. No explanation as to why he never got back to us or why he just dropped us like hot potatoes.

Platinum Custom Construction completed an addition to our home recently. Derak was extremely professional, courteous and paid close attention to our wish list during the entire process. He was also an exceptional craftsman and showed great attention to detail. In addition, he completed the job on time and on budget. He was also great at communicating all things, big and small. If we ever have another home construction need, we will definitely call Derak at Platinum Custom Construction.

I had an extension constructed by Platinum Custom Construction to my custom home in Laguna, Elk Grove, Ca. The extension consisted of a bedroom, hallway and an attached full bath. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. Derak was always ON TIME, (this was very important to me) and completed the work on time and within the budget allocated in the contract. His workmanship was very good. He was polite, conscientious, very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. I will recommend him without any hesitation. Arjun Joseiph
