Premier Chem-Dry

Very disappointed in this company. Have used them for many years since Matthew the owner started the company and have been a loyal customer. I also have rental property so I have given him a lot of business however they recently came out to clean my home and did not do a good job which has been the case the last few years. Its always blamed on the technician and that the technician is no longer with them. This time he was suppose to come back the next day to clean areas that were totally forgotten and to re-​clean other areas that were still dirty. Some furniture was not even moved. I wasted the whole day waiting and the technician called at the end of the day to say the office person Tannith would not let him come out. So I called her and left a message and also called Matthew and never got a call back from either one, I called the next day and spoke to Tannith who scheduled Matthew to come out the following week. There was no appology at all for the bad cleaning and my wasted time. On the day of the appointment the original technician showed up and not Matthew. Obviously he does not care or value his customers anymore and does not do a good cleaning job like he use to. I have been loyal thinking that next time it will be different but I have finally had enough. This company is very expensive and with the poor job, poor customer service and not valuing their customers it is time to move on. There are too many other companies out there that will do a lot better job for less money and will know how to treat their customers and will appreciate their business.

My tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned in ten years, I am embarrassed to say! I found Premier Chem-​Dry online so I called, got a decent quote, made an appointment and Matthew came out to do the job. Matthew was great! I was home working in my office while he did the job. He explained everything along the way. I now have sparkling floors after a really great job! Thank you Premier Chem-​Dry for making my house look fantastic!

Called to have my area rug cleaned by Premier Chem Dry in Rocklin: (916) 871‑0660 or (530) 308‑7044. I scheduled a pick up time which they were 2 hours late. But, the terrible part of it was that the guy Matthew who was suppose to show up, never did. Who showed up was the office secretary in her suburban. So her and I rolled up this carpet and proceeded to put kit in her car. Week after week, I keep getting a new excuse or given a time they will return my rug and they never show. it’s been 17 days now. I have repeated been calling for the last two days with no answer and no return phone calls. Interesting thing is that the local number always goes to voice mail and i have to call the long distance number for anyone to answer. I’m really wondering if I’ll ever get my rug back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Had the carpets «cleaned» by Chem Dry. After they were finished, our cat began licking the carpet in every room. I used a portable carpet cleaner and rinsed the carpet with clear water. The rinse water came out dirty. Had to have the carpets cleaned by a conventional cleaning company to remove the dirt Chem Dry left behind.
Sent Chem Dry an email via their website with no response.

Fantastic job. The Wife was really happy and we didn’t have to wait hours for the carpets to dry. We will be using them again.
