Promethean Construction

A couple of years ago we decided to replace an old patio door. We bought a very nice replacement from one of the big box stores and paid for one of their contractors to install it. It was Justin of Promethean Construction. Once he’d removed the old door he discovered that the fellow that store had sent to measure the opening … well he measured wrong and the opening was smaller than expected, but not to Justin. He managed to open up the opening enough to get the new door installed. Yay! He did a great job and because of his experience knew how to get the job done.
Since we were planning on replacing our front door and adding a security door, I asked for his card and an estimate of the installation cost. It was quite reasonable, much lower than the box store would have charged us. And another great job.
Sooner than we’d hoped we had to re-​pipe our house, so we figured why not remodel the master bath while we’re at it? I asked him if he could relocate the pocket door for the bathroom and when he came over to take a look he suggested putting in a new, pre-​hung door at the new location instead. I framed in the opening and he was pleased because i had it dead on. Not so much luck with the shower door. The shower walls were too far out of plumb to install the reasonably price door we’d bought. He helped us return the first shower door, order the new shower door, pick up the new shower door and then installed it. It was a brand he hadn’t worked with before, but read the instructions and did a perfect install.
He leaves the job site clean, and I mean clean, when he’s done, he’s very professional and very knowledgeable. You will not regret hiring him.

I was so pleased with the quality of work from Promethean Construction. The owner Justin is very professional and precise. He gave us a free quote when he came to take a look at the windows and doors we needed replaced. Right from the beginning he was friendly and easy to talk with. He was very knowledgeable and explained different installation processes to me so that I could understand my options. To my surprise, Justin is not only the owner but also does all his own installations as well! So you deal with him directly from start to finish of the project without having to meet several other workers. Our new window looks amazing and he was able to find us a great price on a hard to find sized window. We also had Justin come back to install 2 new security doors as well as a new door that leads to our yard. After installation, he cleans up thoroughly and hauls away any of your old windows or doors so you don’t have to deal with trying to get rid of it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors for other projects and Justin with Promethean Construction is by far the best. His work looks exceptional and he pays attention to every detail no matter if it is a small job or a big job. We have hired him to install several other windows this month already.
I am so happy that I have someone to call that I can rely on. 5 stars for sure.
