Smells pretty bad inside, can use more workers because half the time I’m waiting for someone to help me place an order while they’re making drinks.
If you order food, be sure that you can wait around 20 minutes.

This used to me my to go place for milk tea. Their milk tea used to satisfy my craving, but now their milk tea is «okay». I switched to honey green milk tea, but for some reason, every time I order that, I always end up with honey green tea, with no milk. I didn’t bother switching out for a new one since at the time, it was super crowded after school was out. I did go another two times, with the same employee who made my milk tea wrong, and did the same thing. But the customer service is great.

This is a great place !!! Very friendly and fast service! And their teas and coffee are amazing !

This use to be my go to spot. But after a disappointing experience. Not sure if I’ll be coming here as much.
I came here after dinner with my boyfriend and his kid. My specific reason for coming was for the Mochii waffle. We had it a couple weeks before and thought that it was delicious. I started with an Oreo cookie snow for the kid and then asked for a Mochii waffle with ice cream. Last time, they charged me a waffle for $ 4.99 and added ice cream for $ 1. This time the person was saying it was $ 4 extra for ice cream totaling to $ 8.99! I don’t believe that a waffle with ice cream would cost that much. I kept telling the cashier we weren’t charged that last time and he said oh they changed some of the prices but the prices on the screen said $ 3.99-$ 4.99. I don’t understand why they make up their own prices. I was disappointed that I didn’t order anything but still got the Oreo snow for the kid.
The staff needs to check that everyone knows the prices. They need to keep they’re prices consistent cuz it doesn’t make sense at all that every cashier makes up their own price.

— Popcorn Chicken: yummy pieces of fried chicken. Great flavor. It left me wanting more. 4.5÷5
SERVICE
This place was packed on a Friday afternoon. The staff greeted us at the door. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. There was one table available. There was trash on the table but it was understandable as they were really busy. They called out the orders as they were ready. 3.5÷5
FINAL THOUGHTS
I would come back. Everything was good. I always enjoy going to Quickly. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location.

Customer service was horrible. Had some time to kill, so decided to pop in. Walked in and since it was my first time I wanted to skim the menu since I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. After literally 5 whole seconds, the young lady working the register rudely asked me if I needed a minute… I politely responded yes, it’s my first time here. Before I could even finish that sentence she rolled her eyes and walked into the back room. She finally came back after what felt like forever… I ordered a drink and left. I was pretty interested in their snack menu but since I felt rushed and was dealing with little miss attitude, I won’t be returning to try any of it.

Cant go wrong with a mango slush! This location is a bit slow sometimes but their service makes up for it!

The place is conveniently located next to the theater. Their drinks are just okay, nothing really special. We did try the moffle and that was pretty good. They do offer a large selection of snacks, which is the best part.

Great spot for a quick drink and snacks. This one is the closest location and most convenient when I need a boba drink fix. I usually get either an almond milk tea or Thai tea. There is usually only just two people, even during busy weekend evenings, so service does take a bit longer than usual.
On weekend nights, it’s a popular spot for young people to come and hang out. The music is blaring and it’s difficult to find a place to sit. That’s why I usually get it to go.
As for snacks, I’m a fan of the curry fish balls and fish and chips. With Lent coming up, this is a viable option for no meat Fridays.

First time to this location. Clean place, nice employees, plenty of parking in the 24 Hour Fitness parking lot. Love their Unilocal deal for 10% off milk teas. I ended up getting the Honey Pomelo Green Tea with jelly and boba. It was awesome! So fresh and refreshing. I liked being able to see some of the pomelo pulp at the bottom of the cup too. Can’t wait till we’re in Elk Grove again for another visit!

It’s a Quickly. The popcorn chicken is standard here. Drinks can be a little sweet. If you’ve been to a local one, this one isn’t so different. Service is nice but can be slow sometimes (for food).
Music is really loud, can barely have a conversation seated in the back tables.

I ordered a regular size coconut milk tea with pomegranate poppers and the first thing I noticed was that my coconut wasn’t «white» usually coconut is white at least that’s what I thought when I usually get coconut drinks. It was a fairly light brownish color.
Anyways it didn’t even taste like coconut at all. It tasted like regular milk tea. I was so confused. Because the order after mine, I heard the lady call out a coconut drink also and the person who ordered it picked it up and left. I thought maybe mine was wrong or something. I kept trying the drink to make sure it wasn’t just me so I had my friend taste it too.
I went to ask the lady if maybe my drink was wrong because it honestly didn’t taste like coconut. And before I could even finish, she defended herself very quick and was like, «oh, it’s definitely coconut!»… «I’m very sure because I made it myself»…
So because I wasn’t in the mood to make a scene or whatsoever, I let it go and said sure okay.
Honestly, a simple apology or maybe an offer to make it better or something would have been nice. Definitely unsatisfied customer here.

Came here to redeem a coupon that was valid ONLY at this location. They told me they don’t accept coupons. Why would you have them made specifically for your location then?
They also ran out of large boba. Never going to Quickly for my milk tea again.

I’ve come here couple times but every time i tried their black milk tea, it had weird smell like roasted peanut lol. The thai milk tea also taste really bad. The only good thing is that service is quick and price is cheap.

I love their popcorn chicken! And their sweet and sour sauce is very gooey and sweet i think they make their own

I just hate they charge an ATM fee for a purchase less than 10. People rarely carry cash in this day in age. However, their boba is pretty good and it’s close to my house.

I’ve been here a few times and the boba is fine. I always get the standard milk tea with boba. The last few times the boba wasn’t as soft as I like. It was actually a little hard, as if it had been chilled for a bit or just old. This place takes card and is in the movie theater shopping plaza. They don’t have a stamp card, but if you download the Perka App, it’s basically an electronic version. You check in and the staff member puts up the stars when you purchase your order.

I’m not a big fan of Quickly. I been to many different Quicklys, but they’re all the same. This location had a smaller menu, so choices were limited. The service was kind of slow. Ordered the popcorn chicken rice bowl and fried calamari, but the portion sizes are sooo small. I just find everything overpriced, or maybe I’m cheap, but I know I definitely had better fried calamari and popcorn chicken elsewhere for a better price and tasted 10x better.

I am glad this place is nearby. My husband and I came in this evening to grab some drinks and service was fast and very friendly. My husband wanted a watermelon-​lemon slushy which wasn’t on the menu but they were very accommodating and were able to make it for him.
The customer service here is great and the young man working was very sweet to our son when he was grabbing our order.
I wanted to grab some popcorn chicken but the kitchen was already closed — that is ok though, it gives me a reason to come in sooner!

They no longer carry the mango delight! So disappointed.
I ended up with a honeydew milk tea and my husband ordered a green mango slushy. Both drinks were not ok! The honeydew milk tea was super sweet like it was a cup of flavoring syrup or powder and the slushy was pure sour in a cup. We know green mango is suppose to be sour; but it didn’t taste like mango… it didn’t even taste like a fruit! It actually reminded me of plain yogurt. You know, that first sour spoon of yogurt before you mix the fruit? Yea, it was like that… in slushy form, no fruit; but with bright green coloring (hmmm).
We drove away before we even noticed. Needless to say, they were immediately thrown out.
