The staff at this store could use a bit of enthusiasm, ive spoken to staff members on the phone as well as in person, i wasnt impresses, although the store is in a good location. I doubt i will ever purchase anything here again

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I went looking for something specific and even had my atm card in hand ready to purchase. Despite walking past several individuals, including store employees I was left to wonder the store for my future purchase. After walking up and down the aisles I grew frustrated. NOT ONCE was I greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. After the final dumb and dumber movie quote amongst employees, I had to walk out.
Terrible staff and customers service.

Great customer service with a laid back vibe. Didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and guys were very helpful when I had to return an item.

UPDATE: As of 11/​20/​2014, they are no longer offering their extended warranty, that I had previously mentioned. I have no reason to continue shopping here unfortunately. The warranty was what gave them a competitive edge, and set then apart from other retailers.

By far this is the best customer service I have ever experienced! Daniel and Nic provided me with several opportunities to upgrade to a smartphone (which never happened) to the crappy manufacturing of phones by boost mobile.
They were extremely knowledgeable about the phones and plans and went above and beyond with their teaching skills (especially Daniel!) I visited 3 radio shacks before finding these guys and they all failed in customer service. I cannot recommend this store because I am selfish and want them all to myself!
Con: not a big enough selection of smart phones but they will drive to a store that has them in stock so that’s a plus. Ten thumbs up for Daniel and Nic.

Came in here in search of a charger for my cell. I don’t typically shop RS because I can usually find what I need cheaper online, but I needed something right away, and I didn’t know the area. Happened to see this as I drove by and knew they could help me.
Was greeted by a friendly man when I walked in, and he directed me straight to the charger. Perhaps suspecting the real cause of my problem (?), he then asked if I needed a spare battery, which I declined. Left and went on my way…
First thing the next morning, I was back in, because the micro-​USB port on my phone was bad, so the new charger didn’t actually help me. I described the issue to the same friendly staff member who had helped me the afternoon before, and he told me they didn’t carry what I needed, but suggested a couple of other places in the area I might try, and he offered to charge my battery in the store for me while I waited so I’d at least have a working phone for a little while! LOVED that.
As I was leaving, he mentioned that he could do a return on the charger I bought the day before, since it wasn’t going to help me. Fortunately, I still had the packaging and was able to complete the return.
I was very appreciative of his offer to charge my battery, his help in suggesting other places I might look for what I needed, and his remembering my previous visit and offering the return.
I am in the area every few months, and I will ABSOLUTELY go back to this store the next time I need a charger (I forget mine every other trip or so ;)) or some other electronic doodad. THANKS!

SErvice here was nice, I came in and wanted batteries and one of the workers helped find me the battery I needed. The downside is that I think items here are expensive considering it cost $ 6 for a little 3v specialized battery that I would get at walmart for cheaper.

Come here to buy a ZAGG screen protector, or hell even if you bought your ZAGG protector elsewhere they install them for FREE,. You hear that Best buy? Radioshack does it FOR FREE.
