Love this place! Went in for the first time last week. Was looking for a new helmet for my partner. Kenny helped me and was so informative and sweet. I’ll definitely be back!

I am very disappointed and renegade I called yesterday afternoon to find out if they have something in stock I was told there was three of them in stock not to work I drove up to Sacramento this morning and when I got there it is not what I expect I drove 93 miles from San Leandro to their store 93 miles back home which is a total of a hundred eighty six miles and they didn’t have what I anticipated only because I was given the wrong information on the phone I asked for a zip up sweatshirt with red flames they said they had 3 in stock that were 3x when I got there the gentleman showed me an orange he did show me a red flames but it had the Iron Cross which was brought to my attention yesterday and I said I don’t want to cry so I just want flames total totally incorrect when I got there I was so upset I asked young man if he was the manager or the owner he said I’m the manager and there’s nothing I can do then he started asking me questions like did you ask for a red sweater with Iron Cross I’m sure she told you well I respect him for sticking up for his employee but I asked all the right questions but in a retail sales business for over 60 years and communication is one of the best ways of building trust from your customer I am so disappointed and renegade I would never ever recommend them to anybody the attitude of the manager was a smirk on his face sang oh well not the right answer not I’m sorry I’m sorry for the inconvenience I’m sorry for the miscommunication I’m sorry for you having to drive 200 miles and two hours to go back and forth or three hours or whatever it is he showed no I’m ready. On my sales team because I would have had to replace him probably the first week what’s a renegade stores I know there any family owned like they’re the only ones in the world that have motorcycle parts & accessories helmets xcetera they’re not I’m not sorry for having to tell the truth of what had happen to deal with people who can’t speak the truth or try to help you or accommodate you if there was anything worse than one star believe me I would give him that rating but the best rating I can well I hope you stay in business for a little longer but your employees need an attitude adjustment

9÷19÷14 I rode from Benicia to Sacramento renegade to look for luggage for my Harley. I was impressed with the selection and quality of products. They had exactly the bag I wanted. One problem… They were asking $ 400.00 for a bag that has a list price of $ 300.00. I brought this to their attention and the counter girl tells me they dont price match. Im not looking for a great deal, just to pay «suggested list»!!! That is a 33% markup over list. Even at list price Cycle Gear confirmed they are making around $ 100.00 profit. I left there disappointed that I didnt get the bag I very much wanted. I was «forced» to go to the internet and get the exact same bag for $ 215.00 delivered. Due to this I will not return as a customer and certainly will not recommend them to anyone.

This place is great, they have everything you could ever possibly want to be geared up for a ride. They have all kinds of helmets, t-​shirts and leathers. If you need to have patches sewn on they have an inhouse seamstress to take care of that for you.
It’s a family owned business so you can tell how much they care that you are happy with your purchase. I love that they always have cheap long sleeve t-​shirts on sale. The last couple times I stopped in I noticed they have been bringing in some new stuff. I like the clown shirts they produce every year, they are very original.

My wife and I just went in there today for the first time. The place is very clean, staff is friendly and not pushy, and the selection is great. We went in to get a new helmet and was going to get new jackets online but after seeing their prices and the selection, we both bought new leathers. I was going to get a vest as well but realized the jacket I bought actually had removable sleeves. We bought several items and very happy with the prices and the quality, definitely top notch leather.

Bought my jacket, vest, gloves and chaps here. Very friendly staff. It’s always fun to shop here. Need patches? You can buy them here and have them sewn on here too.

I’ve never experienced anything but fabulous customer service in this store. Prices can’t be beat, sales staff is friendly, I don’t know who these naysayers with the negative Unilocal reviews are but I’m wondering if they were in the same Renegades store! They have hella good sales and put on some pretty amazing events. I can’t give this store higher praise. Keep up the good work Renegades!

great place for leathers (pants, jackets, vests, gloves) and other random clothing. they have helmets and some other stuff, but I’ve only really bought a vest and some patches.
the staff that I’ve talked to were quite friendly. they weren’t pushy for you to buy something and get out… more of a «let me know if you need anything» type of service, which I appreciate.
the woman who does sews on the patches did a good job. however a few of my patches got clipped in the border and caused the border to unravel a little. not a big deal as they weren’t expensive patches, but a little irritating to have an errant stitch f-​up an otherwise nice patch.

it’s the only place that i go to for leathers, vest and gloves, their prices can’t be beat and they always have sales that make it too easy to have gear for all kinds of weather riding, I’ve fitted all my family’s needs from renegade

This shopped seemed promising… from the parking lot. Right when my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted by a serious glare from the lone employee. Seeing as though we were the ONLY customers in the store, a simple kind greeting wouldn’t have been too much to ask. This woman was totally lacking in the customer service department and made us feel «unworthy» of being in that sort of establishment. In spite of our better judgement, we purchased a helmet for my girlfriend which was marked 50% off… after asking the employee how much, she pretended to look something up on the register and proceeded to tell us the helmet was over $ 100. Pretty hard to believe for something that was 50% off but I won’t speculate. Bottom line, the product was good. The customer service was NOT. We will not go back

Renegade caters for the serious motorcycle enthusiast. However, unlike many accessory shops, Renegade stresses function over fashion. It can look good, but it better damn well perform good first. Renegade carries what you would expect them to carry (jackets, vests, chaps, boots T-​shirts). But since they are not a motorcycle dealership, they can carry other types of helmets that many not exactly be DOT approved. You can also find stickers, luggage, cleaning supplies, and other items that might be of interest to a rider.
But the wide selection isn’t the only reason to go. The prices are low. Lower than what you would expect to pay in certain factory-​authorized stores.
