I only ordered a pizza Togo but it was wonderful. the toppings are always so fresh, and the chicken was really good too. oh yah also we had the cheesecake and it’s okay. they do keep it frozen though so don’t plan on eating it right away.

Everything is fine food wise all I’m saying is that the people that work here seem to hate there job I was in a great as mood until I walked in because the guy who took my order literally said WHAT! As I walked up it took so much of me not the cuss him out because I’m in the service industry as well I never treat my customers the way I was treated today even if I’m having a shitty day but i guess I just do my job well !!! I won’t be coming back

I placed an order over the phone and was told that our pizza would be delivered in 50 min to an hour. Two hours passed and still no pizza. I called the store and explained the situation and they were anything but helpful. The girl on the phone had a horrible attitude. She confirmed the address and phone number and said that they had attempted delivery. Strange because all of the information was correct and we had been home the entire time. No one came to the door, no phone calls, nothing. Two and a half hours later we called back again. Same girl, same bad attitude. She told us that someone was currently outside attempting delivery then hung up on us. We went outside, no one was there. After almost 3 hours we just canceled the order. Save your money and your time and order pizza elsewhere.

Absolultly unacceptable. First we ordered online and asked for a 7pm pick up. We got there at 7:15 and waited until 7:56 to actually get our order. When we first walked in and stood at the counter two guys, one was the delivery driver, we’re yelling at each other in front of us. NOONE even said hi, we will be with you in a minute, nothing. Finally a girl came from the back and helped us pay. May be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restraunt. For as expensive as the pizza is I expect so much more of an experience. Last time I go to this particular location.

Lunch rush, Friday, no pizza for over 15 mins, line backed up waiting for pizza, no acknowledgement from employees, one pizza would last for 30 sec bc line was so large with ppl waiting for food. No sense of urgency from employees, no chance of returning for me.

Always a great trip to round table, great service, quick pickup and delivery times and their staff just rocks. And their salad bar ALWAYS is fresh, never have I seen a brown leaf in there! As for the pizza, round table is nostalgic for me, it was my families go to place for pizza night, to me, nothing beats round table. Nice seasoned crust, tangy sauce, melty cheese and delicious meats that never taste plasticy. This location is consistently awesome.

Ordered three large pizzas for the office staff. Put the order in at 11:00 a.m. and requested a Noon delivery. Delivery guy didn’t show up until 12:20, which is problematic when everyone is starved and grumpy. ha! Well, I guess we’ll bump them up to three stars because when it did *finally* arrive it was hot and yummy the staff was satisfied, and that’s all that matters. :)

I don’t understand how this level of incompetence is possible, the doors will be closing soon if something doesn’t change. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and was told it would take 45min to an hour. After an hour and a half I called to find out what was happening. They couldn’t find my order, started to panic and hung up on me. I called back. They found my order in the computer… No one hit enter… So it didn’t get made. They offered to make me another pizza for free that would take another hour. So 3 hours at the end of the day, made by people who can’t even maintain control over a simple order? No thanks. Won’t be back. Pizza Rock has far superior quality and service. Wish I could give you guys zero stars, for real.

I really want to give them two stars, but one of the workers earned them that extra star. Service here is horrible. First off, it took about 30 plus minutes for my pizza to come out. I am dining in, so I figured it should be faster than ordering for delivery. Anyway, after I got my pizza, I asked for plates. I never got the plates. I am eating from my box. Very disappointing. I asked this one lady for cheese and pepper and she literally gave me the death stare. So the worker that earned them the star was a Filipino lady that helped me order the pizza, she was patient and helped me with today’s special. Thank you, lady! Pizza was good which is why they got any stars to begin with.

First off let me say I have not had worst customer service from any other round table than this one. I order a pizza, request white sauce, same as I do every time,(let me add I First off let me say I have not had worst customer service from any other round table than this one. ordering from the manager/partner as he let it be known) get the pizza it’s tomato sauce, well I can’t eat tomato sauce as I’m allergic, so I call back let them know they messed up on my pizza and I’d like another one(mind you I order from this location at least twice a week). So the manager proceeds to tell me, I, in fact did not order white sauce, he took my order and I’m lying, I do this all the time. I DOTHISALLTHETIME. YESHEREALLYSAIDTHATTOME! I informed him of how often I order and told him to check his system and in fact he would see I order the same thing every time WHITESAUCE. ‚ Nonetheless he was very very rude, agreed to send another pizza and apologized saying he confused me with another lady who I guessed said the same thing about wanting white sauce. I’m totally blown away that the manager would not know how to speak with customers. No matter if he is co partner or not, that doesn’t give him the right to speak to customers that way, especially REGULAR customers. I spend a considerable amount of money with this business and I don’t want to stop going there because of one person but I will be taking my money elsewhere, I will not allow anyone who I’m spending money with to treat or speak to me in that manner.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese. I ordered it online, so it shows in my order receipt that I indicated no cheese on both halves of my pizza. The pizza came and it had cheese. I called, and Haley reviewed my order, saw the error, and apologized. She said it was a bad night and that it would take about an hour for my remake(really? When I worked in pizza for a few years, we always put mistakes on the top of the list above all other orders). My other option was an «Oops Pass» for the value of my pizza. I had already waited 45 minutes for my order, so I took the pass and made a sandwich and took the pizza to work the next day to let my coworkers eat it. The Oops Pass arrived within the 5 – 7 business day period, as quoted. I decided to use it and I placed another online order for the exact same pizza, this time both selecting No Cheese, and writing NOCHEESE, PLEASE in the comments section. In the payment, I indicated cash and that I’d be using my Oops Pass. The pizza arrived and, just to be safe, I opened it a crack to check it. No cheese, yay! I took it to my kitchen and opened it all of the way to see that it also lacked the zucchini I had ordered. I called back and spoke with a man whose name I do not recall. He apologized and agreed that that definitely should not have happened. They had run out of zucchini and someone was supposed to have called me to see if I wanted anything else, but no one did. He told me to hold on a second while he went to see what he could do for me. I waited on hold for a long time. Eventually I was sent to an automated answering service where I could leave a message. I said who I was, what I was waiting for, and asked that they call me back when they figured out what they were going to do for me to make it right. I never received a call back. A couple of days later, I sent a message about all of this to corporate. I never received a response. I never actually received the pizza that I paid for, and I’ve been twice inconvenienced without any compensation. The whole Oops Pass thing is a joke, since all it does is let you get what you already paid for, but doesn’t compensate you for getting screwed in the first place. It is worth less than a refund, which is what I should have been given. How do you mess up a remake pizza, especially when the customer tells you it’s a remake? That’s the worst. At least the pizza tastes better than Domino’s, but only consider this place as a last resort.

I thought I would give this place one more try and I had another bad experience. The guy that answered the phone, Derek, was super rude. He told me delivery time would be an hour and a half(was 30 minutes tops), didn’t review my order with me and didn’t tell me how much it was and hung up on me. He sounded annoyed the entire time he took my order. Delivery was quick and the food was good but I don’t appreciate getting treated like that when I call to order a pizza. I’ll go elsewhere next time, should have learned from the last time.

Ordered the thin crust wombo combo pizza. It was tasty. The wait wasn’t bad. Only thing is the price. $ 28 for a large pizza. I’ll just go to trader joes next time and grab the supplies for my own pizza. That’s 3 or 4 pizzas for the same price.

Came in for a to go order pickup. Staff was nor friendly nor unpleasant. Staff was a little slow, being one of the first orders(placed the previous day). Restaurant was clean and stocked. Food was hot for the six pizzas wings and twists. Order was correctly made. Had to ask for plates, peppers, cheese, dressings(supposed to be provided with wings and twists) Good: accurate order. Bad: had to ask for something’s that just common Three stars. Good value. Service is suspect.

Round Table is generally a knotch or two above other chain pizza places, but this location is a particularly gross exception — but charge the same as the other, superior Round Table locations. Yikes, no thanks. The restaurant is dim, filthy, and staffed by employees who are clearly doing the bare minimum. If you get delivery, it takes forever and just isn’t good. It’s worse than Pizza Guy’s quality, but more expensive. Skip it.
