Round Table Pizza

I have ordered delivery from this Round Table before and have had only some problems, but not enough to stop my co-​workers from ordering again. Today I called for a delivery and was put on hold. I waited for around 10 mins and the guy came back on the phone and asked how can I help you? Wait, your the one that put me on hold. What is going on… So i waited even longer this time on hold and hung up after waiting 30 mins. Come on Round Table, get your help to know how to work a phone. If you can’t work a phone the pizza might stress you out. And if you look at the reviews, delivery is the only thing this place got right. Until now…
Go to 8^th Street Pizza or Pizza Rock, at least they know how to use a phone and your going to get a way BETTER pizza. Good Bye Round Table, your time is UP…

I accidentally placed my order here instead of the other K street location.
This one is in Old Sac. It looks like it was there, opening day… and the cowboys wore it out the next year.
It looks grungy, nasty, gloomy. The stairs leading down are in desperate need of new carpeting. The carpet is old, dead and blackened all over. The employees looked like they didn’t care about their appearance– I’ll leave it there because I don’t tear people down.
The manager was walking around, barking at the cashier about making sure to charge for ranch (even though the employee did so) after she’d glared at me when I was getting ranch in the container that they give you… to get your own ranch… for a take out order. :|
So, no. I wouldn’t return. I am looking at my pizza, wondering how to feel– hours later.

This is the worst Round Table ever! They told me an hour for delivery, and after and hour and 50 minutes some dude shows up with people in his car smoking. The pizza was cold and smelled like cigarettes. Horrible! Never again.

This place is awesome! I get military discount for lunch and the food is up to Round Table pizza standards. I come here twice a month and it never disappoints.

Dirty, slow, and expensive.
The tvs don’t work, it feels like a bad amusement park restaurant.
Pizza is burnt, salad wilted, nasty, dark, and dirty.

Tonight was the annual Old Sac Tree Lighting event. Old Sac was filled with many people excited to participate in the festivities. My family and I decided to eat at this Round Table after the show so we could continue to enjoy spending time together. The place was packed like we had assumed but that did not stop the wonderful staff from making sure they provided excellent customer service. We were informed immediately that the wait time to fill orders was taking longer due to the high guest volume. My family and I appreciated being told this up front so we could decide whether or not we wanted to wait. We ordered and ended up receiving our food sooner than expected and hot, fresh and super delicious. The overwhelming and demanding crowd did not seem to affect the staff at all. They provided excellent service and managed to make sure they kept the salad bar filled, tables clean, and soda machine working properly. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

Ordered here for the second time. They gave me an ETA of 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour, the guy called me to ask what kind of sauce I wanted for my wings. 15 minutes later the guy called me to say it was on its way, and then a half hour later it arrived. I live 5 blocks away. Not only was it extremely late, but it wasn’t even the right toppings on the pizza. Again, the staff were courteous in addressing the issue, but it’s ²⁄₂ bad experiences here for me.

Was a little disappointed when our pizza took over 30minutes to be made. One of the employees dropped our pizza and had to completely remake it. But we spoke to the manager and got a free any pizza size pizza next time we came in.

As far as round tables go this is one of the least organized messiest run down of any round tables I have ever been to. But I really like pizza and round table makes very good pizza although pricey. Been going here for the lunch buffet (they even have it on the week-​ends). The buffet is like $ 7.99 and well stocked with 4 –5 types of pizza but the salad bar sometimes gets trashed by the end of the lunch hours. (go early).

Since it’s under ground the cell phone reception isn’t good check in outside before you get in to get the deal

I got the all you can eat lunch special and the salad was good but the pizza wasn’t. Might as well name the place Round Table Salad…

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place is absolutely horrible. It is so dingy, dusty, and old looking. Not to mention there are flies and other little critters around this place. The workers here do not want to be here at all. In fact, you can see them in another room just talking. The people who are working can be seen eating pizza while they clean the place. The place is completely empty and now I know why. The tables are so dirty and the decorations are covered in grey dust. They got our order wrong the first time and our server was a deaf old man who couldn’t hear us when we asked for extra plates, so we had to get it ourselves. When we wanted napkins, we discovered that several tables had empty napkin dispensers, including our table. Absolutely the worst Round Table pizza I’ve been to.

It’s Round Table, so you expect it to be good. It still is! We got delivery here in West Sacramento and it was on time and hot. We got the Maui Zowie. Hella good as usual. Haven’t been in the restaurant in a while, might have to stop in.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Cashier was so rude and looked like he hated his job and his life while taking my order. The place is dark, stinky and just feels dirty. The only reason we stayed is because the kids wanted pizza and every other place was closed at 5:30pm on a Monday night. On the other hand, chicken garlic pizza was soooo good.

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza last night from this location.
We did half maui zaui and half pepperoni.
It was on original crust and I have to say that I was very happy with the end result! The flavor was on point, the crust was crispy and the toppings were cooked deliciously.
One thing about round table is that their pizzas are consistent no matter what location I order from. I’m always happy with the result.
I will definitely continue to get my pizza fix from this location.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Round Table. While it might be a little expensive, I think I may have figured out the reason. They are so kind to people who may not be able to afford food. You all rock, you do more than some churches. Lol

I never experienced a pizza so perfect! Great customer service and my pizza was hot, ready, and on time on a busy Friday night :)

Very disappointed!!! Been running errands all day haven’t had a chance to eat so I order from here cause I remember them being really good and those garlic cheese breads are a food-​gasim in its self anyways pizza was ordered waited on delivery and they arrive so I’m excited and it’s the wrong dam order so now I have to wait for dude to get back to rt grab my pizza then bring me the right one I’m still sitting here hungry as I type this smh sorry round table never again

pizza arrived yay so hungry so now I have two pizza lol except the one I wanted was squished and more grease than pizza

Came in once for the lunch buffet. Staff was friendly prompt and helpful. Cashier was quick to process each patron.
Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and rotated out for various pizza combinations. Some of their signature and veggie only came quick.
Good: friendly staff, good buffet rotation.
Bad: nothing to date.
Four stars. I’ll be back for lunch buffet. Great value lots of flavor.

Visited this location last night for a late night dinner about an hour before closing time. Almost every time I visit Old Sac, I eat at this Round Table location. Last night I ordered a large pizza and a pitcher of corona. My order arrived literally not even 15 minutes after I had ordered and it was absolutely delicious, hands down my favorite pizza! The pitcher was fresh and I enjoyed ice cold pint glasses for every new beer I poured. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. I will continue to return here for tasty pizza when I visit Old Sac.
