Everyone knows a mortgage broker, but not everyone knows a mortgage broker like Scott Short!!! If you are looking for someone who goes WAAAAAY above the call of duty to make sure you get the best deal and the best customer service, then you MUST call him up.
He spent numerous times looking for the best deal for us, and combinations of loans to make it so we got the best deal overall (low interest rate) and avoided that horrible mortgage insurance by splitting up our loans into a 1st and 2nd.
Beyond that, he made himself available via phone and email at just about any time of the day/​week, and he got back to us within 12 hours at the very latest… many times… EVEN ON WEEKENDS!
He is a genuine, customer service oriented, family man that is looking to build relationships… not just turn a quick buck like many others. If you are in the market for a mortgage guy, you’ll be hard pressed to find someone else of this caliber.
