Starbucks

The baristas are amazing and friendly! They make your coffee how you want it. I love coming to this Starbucks! Only down fall it is a small location so parking is hard and hard getting a table. Other than that it’s amazing!

Normally I love this Starbucks and always go to this location, but I received really horrible service today. The batista taking my order was rude from the beginning of my interaction with him and then wasn’t paying attention after he asked for my order. He was staring off at other customers and I literally had to stop and wait for him to shift his focus back to me and repeat what I wanted. He acted as though me being there was an inconvenience for me. Normally I try to be really relaxed, but today I left feeling very offended.

My five stars is specifically for Andy & Michael. You guy’s are the best! My drinks are always on point! :)

Pretty surprised my first visit! Considering the fact it’s down the street of the college I expected it to be super busy/​long lines. I’ve been here three times and all my services have been extremely excellent. Very fast w/​my drinks! I am a returning customer. It maybe hard to find parking but catch it before 8am and you’ll guarantee open spaces! Great Starbucks!

Love there staff! Always friendly and outgoing. I appreciate Nicki’s help with my mobile orders as well. They make my coffee the best! Definitely a convenience being right next to City!

This business must have seen my previous review. Since then, customer service has gotten a lot better for me. The baristas are nicer, and have been giving me great customer service. They have also been making my drinks correctly. Way to go Starbucks! Keep it up! :)

I always stop by in the morning when I have a chance before I head to school. I love how they have Pay&Go because the lines are long in the morning.
I feel super bad for the employees during rush hour (especially in that morning) because the ones that already order stand at the pick up location and are like STARING at the baristas like it’s the end of the world! like can you guys chill? go sit down! here’s a tip: they have wifi so you can just go on that while you wait ;).
Anyways I like this location, even tho its small. I always order an iced caramel macchiato with an extra pump of hazelnut & soy milk. It’s super yummy, but there were 2 bad incidents. 1 where my drink tasted like water. 2 I ordered a strawberry Acai, however (I know my drinks) the guy made me a Very berry Hibiscus and added strawberries to it. I know the taste of those well because I go there alot! I’m 3 stars away from being gold! I didn’t complain bc im not going to die over 1 drink.
I really like this one girl who takes orders idk her name but she’s a pro! I feel bad when I have no cash for tip. Other service wise? it’s not BAD but it’s more like order and get your drink.

This is a very convenient Starbucks, located on Freeport & Sutterville near Land Park. They remodeled the location to the more upscale modern Starbucks look including some of the reserve coffee options. The store has decent indoor seating and limited patio seating, but most of the business is take out — even with a terribly small parking area.
Still, this is Starbucks. You get the same consistent menu with coffee drinks and baked goods. They open early and stay up late, making it easy for the local Soccer Moms and Football Dads to get a buzz anytime.

I came into this Starbucks around 7pm on Sunday evening to study and chill with friends. They were cleaning up already and seemed ready to go home lol. We sat outside and studied on the peaceful patio under the trees. This location is small, but super clean. The staff didn’t pay much attention to us which was fine since we weren’t paying customers today.

This place is always busy and the parking spots are too skinny. Dislike.
They were soooo nice on ⁹⁄₂₃ PM. Good job, guys. They were patient, kind and hard-​working. I really didn’t think to write a five star for a starbucks, but they deserve it.

Stopped by this location twice this week. I like their service here, and I enjoy speaking with the baristas here… tend to be engaging, hilarious, and friendly.
This must be my generation’s bar – coffee house. I’m not much of a drinker, but I’ve been relying on coffee to keep me awake the last three years. LOL

Yes… I agree with others on this review… Remember, 5 stars means «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» This Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks. I live really close by, and what makes this place is not the coffee, but the employees that work there. They are VERY good at making you feel welcome and make a corporate establishment feel like a local Mom and Pop coffee shop. Therefore… Bravo Freeport Baristas!!! Another reason that I frequent Starbucks is the convenience of the phone app and the fact that I get a free item for every dozen that I purchase. It has free internet and is filled with students from the city college who I can watch and reminisce about all the text book pages I have read in my lifetime. There are lots of regular neighborhood customers who frequent this establishment, so if you see an open chair at my table… pull up a seat… because many times most tables are occupied (just please don’t smell or ask me for money). extra bonus if I can take your pre-​read newspaper from you.

My 3^rd update review.
For the past 5 years during Sacramento City College days as a student, I totally enjoy visiting this Freeport Blvd Starbucks because it’s my favorite Starbucks spot in the Sacramento area. Located near William Land Park and Sacramento City College (just a block away), Starbucks has it all delivering all your favorite drinks and food, so you can start your morning right, slurping in the afternoon, or simply having a late night drink.
The atmosphere is quite remarkable after remodeling few years ago. Sometimes for this Starbucks, it gets crowded in some particular months due to enrolled students at SCC, so they will find the perfect spot to study including business people too. Otherwise, I have no problems at all whether if it’s busy or not which I need to find a good, peaceful place.
The baristas are very friendly and approachable for me as I welcomed and entered there. No issues at all, so it’s a huge plus!
Every drinks from this Freeport Blvd Starbucks tastes very good from iced to hot including foods from breakfast and snacks. Everything is very delicious!
Parking can be harder for some. You can park at the front and the back of the mini strip mall where Starbucks is including some surface street parking too. Otherwise, you can walk, ride a transit, or bike there without the hassles.
In the end, Starbucks at Freeport Blvd is the best Starbucks right here in the Land Park neighborhood. Perfect for all ages! Highly recommend!

This is by far my fave Starbucks! It is a smaller version with limited indoor seating however they do have a cute shady side patio.
Starbucks is Starbucks. The formulas are the same, coffee, baked goods and specials, but for MY money it is the stellar people that work there that make it either a lousy experience or a fantastic one. This location has a wonderful and friendly staff!!!
I am greeted everytime I walk in, and even when I get antsy when I see a long line I know it will go fast. They have very efficient baristas working at peak hrs (thank you management!)and the drinks never take too long.
Of course I have made a million special requests and I have yet to be given anything but a cheerful response.
Only one time in the late afternoon was I given «shade» for my request by a grumpy young man with big glasses. Whatevs. I rarely go at the time.
For the most part, this location is always being cleaned, coffee bar refilled and the employees represent Starbucks to a higher caliber. Thank you and shout outs to Hannah, Zhanna, grumpy-​but-​knows-​a lot-​lady, young Michael, and everyone else. Thank you for your awesome service!

This is one of my favorite Bucks locations. The staff are super nice and always willing to have a quick conversation with me. I especially like the fact that it’s right across the street from William land park. That said, after an afternoon of reading and or walking my dog, at WL Park, it’s just a quick walk across the street in pursuit of my favorite state of mind… Caffeinated bliss.

It was one of those days when I had to study for an exam. I bought a venti cool lime refresher. They were nice enough when I asked for little ice. Its a comfortable place to study. On the weekdays after 3 p.m. It gets pretty noisy and crowded. But before that time, it does give you enough quietness for studying and relaxing. There are many tables and chairs. It is a typical looking Starbucks. But not all Starbucks are comfortable. I can honestly say that this Starbucks is comfortable. It was also clean and neat. They keep on maintaining the area.

Caleb is one of the friendliest baristas around! Always makes my lattes on point! I go back just to have him make my drinks!
Only downside, seating is minimal and most people stay there for hours since they are usually students.

It was such a hot day over the weekend and I just had to grab some iced tea. I ordered a Green Tea Iced Tea. There was a bit of a line, but it moved relative quick. I think it took about 10 minutes in all waiting to order and waiting for my drink to be made.
