Starbucks

We went to this location about 545am. My son let Stacy know he was in a hurry and would like his drink and croissant first because I was able to come back in ten min to get mine since he had a commuter bus to catch to san francisco for work. The first mistake was her passive agressive comment, ‘Well you are the only one here’…Next, she made the other drink first and made it incorrectly and brought that out first. Why?!? Then she remade it and made the drink she was supposed to give him first. She also did not heat up one of the food items. This is a simple order so how the F do you mess it up when someone expresses to you that they are pressed for time and you are the only customer?!? I complained to Stan the manager, but even he was doing something when I walked up and continued to do it before helping me. I realize every troll has to have their bridge, but it is not going to be on my time! This establishment needs to give their employees a lesson or class on customer service because they are lacking!!!

I love how convenient it is to where I live. It could get pretty busy at times and parking could be a hassle but that’s okay. The baristas are pretty friendly and I love how they always get my order right! Definitely order the three Cs here! It’s amazing :)

Stan the manager is always so friendly. He provides top notch customer service and great deals for me and my students. Thanks sbux for always being the morning fix that we need!

Had a very friendly worker who helped me. I had three sandwiches and two of them I didn’t know what normally came on it. She was very kind and guided me on what normally came on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki

The workers here are very friendly! I had a free grande card and asked to pay the difference for the venti they couldn’t get the cash register to work and gave me the venti for free :) I love this specific location they always have a little line but their service is worth the wait

This location is kinda small and even though its on the corner you have to drive back in this parking lot to get to it. The baristas are friendly and fast as usual for a Starbucks. They make a good Chai tea here and there are a few places next door for food if your hungry as well. The seating area is small but they do have table and comfy chair options. It wasn’t too out of my way to come in here but when it’s busy the parking lot isn’t one I would like to circle around to find a parking spot.

Location
Awesome location, about 10 min walk from the well drink from csus. I actually come here alot when i was attending csus. i wish i got into Unilocal back then, because i would have been a duke now haha. Anyways great location right across from the bus station and light rail station as well. i usually stop by here when i take mega bus, and bring my coffee on board to the city. as i am typing this i miss the city and will have to take the bus to the city soon.
Also great restaurants nearby or should i say right next store. There is bento box which is a japanese restaurant. Also the sandwich spot for some quick sandwiches which are saucy good. As well pita pit if your a pita lover. Awesome jamba juice is next store if your in the mood for a good smoothie.
Lines
yes the ones are extra long when there is a special going on. also yes line is still long even though there is no special going in the morning or lunch. mostly quiet and slow during the night time. Just busy during morning and lunch time.
Vibe /​layout
Once you walk in, there is a long table to the right where you will find many students studying. Then to the left, there are 2 one person sofa for you to sit comfy, and with a side table for your drink made from love. Then you will see a nice shelf when you keep on walking and they have lots of unique sb products. Then the register for you to order your drink. In back there are some more tables and then the restrooms, along with a back entrance.
The vibe i get here is chill and casual. i use to come here and study, or do a quick run for some coffee or drinks and run back to school. i remember this like yesterday where i would jog here for their half off fraps haha.
Wifi
They did have google wifi here. the wifi was fast and never had a problem with it lagging on any of my devices.
Parking
also lots of parking. most parking spaces are compact. does get crowded sometimes. but parking isn’t an issue for most times I’m here.

The service could be better.

GO TO THE ONE ON BROADWAY & 65! It’s literally 2 mins down the street and 100x better, you’ll thank me for the tip!
This Starbucks does not meet the company’s product or customer service standards and I feel they would be disappointed. Very impersonal, most employees act almost annoyed that you’re there. There’s an employee (larger set tall guy with black shaggy hair) with such a snippy attitude that I’ve literally left without ordering if he’s working so he doesn’t bring down my mood. When ordering I always have to interrupt the cashier telling me my total to order something else which makes me feel awkward for getting anything more than one thing.
There’s a couple employees that are nice and are trying but they even don’t seem happy to be there. I wish they could switch stores to reach more potential.
The coffee matches the customer service, mediocre. The espresso tastes like the machine hasn’t been cleaned. I told them of the problem, next time I went in it tasted worse. Of Starbucks product quality I say very subpar compared to other stores. I come here purely out of convenience when I’m in a rush because of location.
If they could fix the taste of their espresso and got rid of (or properly customer service trained) most employees I might give another better review. For now I suggest new management and someone who can bring the morale of the shop up.
I gave one star for cleanliness and one star for location.
ZERO stars for customer experience and product quality. I’ll definitely take the time to go down the street to Broadway even though it’s in the reverse direction for me!

This place is a great little Starbucks! The baristas here are super fast and incredibly friendly. They actually have a nice patio! Every once in awhile I see some sample cups floating around which is always cool and the atmosphere here is super chill. The place is also always super neat and clean! It’s the perfect place to bring a laptop and find a corner on a hot day with an icy drink!

I went to this store today to get a snack box for my boyfriend. I didn’t know which one he wanted so I grabbed two different ones when I got to the counter a barista asked what drink I wanted. When I told him I wasn’t getting a drink he just walked away without offering to ring up by purchases. Finally a girl came from the back and rang me up. I asked for a bag since I had two boxes. She handed me a bag and walked off. She didn’t even open the bag or bag my purchases for me.
There was no one else in line so it wasn’t that they were busy. I didn’t know Starbucks was a self bag kind of place. Seemed tacky and rude especially since I was the only one around and no one was behind me in line.

It’s a cute little place conveniently located near my business, I’ve seen an increase of staff turn over lately. My experience has always been positive, until today. The two baristas didn’t even smile. It appears their customer service is lacking a bit.

It’s a Starbucks in a busy neighborhood next to a college campus, of course it will have lines. Behave yourselves! Thankfully, I’ve not encountered the monster lines because I’m here when they open. I’ve seen quite a number of their baristas, most are friendly, some are perfunctory. Pay with your registered SB card and refills are free! Didn’t know that until one of their baristas told me so gold star to them!

My new neighborhood Starbucks suffers from being the only coffee shop in the middle of a neighborhood filled with caffeine addicts, making for longer lines than I was used to when I frequented the shop downtown. Still, the employees are friendly, they make my drinks as I order them and the layout of the place is conducive to chilling out and surfing the net. The wifi is usually pretty reliable.
If only the poorly designed parking lot (isn’t that every parking lot in East Sacramento?) had some more spaces, I’d probably pop in here more often.

Ordered a box of coffee to pick up for the office. Didn’t make it until I arrived. Now I’m late for work.

These guys are awesome. Sadly, this is a part of my morning ritual… trying to cut back, but their dang customer service keeps bringing me back for more. (along with their coffee).
Pro Tip: If you are looking for bang for your buck, the best drink I’ve found is a starbucks double shot… it’s off menu… different than the canned beverage… when you drink a store-​made starbucks double shot you will be very well caffeinated. It’s good for me though: the jittery fingers allow me to type faster.

Nice location with many outdoor seating, and inside is roomy too. Pretty friendly store, will go again.

A cozy but friendly Starbucks! BF and I popped in on a chilly Saturday morning, to further chill with some yummy iced coffee drinks. I got my usual iced grande non-​fat no whip white mocha (it’s really not a fussy drink for having so many words!!!), and BF overheard the customer in front of him order a salted caramel white mocha and just had to sample. My drink had its expected yummy flavor, and BF’s drinkable dessert was an insanely indulgent treat! It was almost gone before we got back in the car. :)
Employees were friendly, and dealt with difficult customers well — the lady in front of us may have gloriously indulgent taste in drinks but she ordered insanely slow and was frustrating us AND the employees. But you would never have known it from their reactions, totally professional and courteous handling.

Hey Starbucks, you’re alright by me.
I am a fan of this Starbucks. Definitely a superior option to the one on 65^th and Broadway. Why?
— It’s open later! And by later, I mean until 9pm, which isn’t even that late, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. It’s the Starbucks around here that’s open the latest (or at least that I’ve found).
— Super friendly baristas here. I ordered three separate things and paid for each one with a separate swipe of my registered Starbucks card. Not only did the barista not complain about the weirdness of doing that, but he also actively encouraged it so I could rack up stars (what what, gold card here I come!)
— It’s clean and warm and relatively spacious.
— Location is clutch. Parking is ample, and there’s other things around that might attract you to that area.
tl;dr: After sampling a few of the (many) Starbucks in the area, I think this one wins. I will be back. Probably tomorrow. And the next day. And the day after.

I can’t give Starbucks 5 stars, ever. It’s standard, so I really just expect them to be consistent.
I’ve never had bad service here. The place is really clean, and there’s enough seating outdoors. Being so close to a college campus, I wish they had more indoor seating, but it’s not really something they can control since there’s limited space.
This is my most visited Starbucks because it’s so convenient. Never had a bad drink here. I do wish the hot drinks were a little more hot though.
