went here yesterday and me being the clumsy girl I am, spilled my drink all over my car right after pulling out of the drive through. I went inside to grab some napkins and the girl who helped me at the window, Theresa, asked if I needed something. I told her I was just grabbing napkins because I spilled my drink. She was kind enough to let me use a damp rag to clean it up AND she remade my drink! service is above and beyond thank you Theresa you made my day.

This has been my go to Starbucks for at least 13 years. Over the years I have seen many changes take place. I would give this location 5 stars for most of the staff. Many of the employees have been there for years and are friendly and knowledgable. They would relieve zero stars however for consistency of drinks and receiving your drink in a timely manner. Lately this location seems to have a lot of new employees that don’t appear to be receiving the same training employees in the past received. In the past I could order a drink and it would come out the same every time. Now I must look at who is making the drinks to determine what I order. Another issue this store has been facing these days is running out of things. I don’t work for the company but it seems like if you constantly run out of something on almost on a weekly basis, maybe you should order more. Another HUGE issue they have had for at least the past year is making the drive through their main priority. I understand waiting a while for my drink inside when the store is slammed but I have gone inside in the afternoon and have been the ONLY costumer in the café and have waited 17 minutes for two drinks because they are too busy catering to the drive through. I’m sad to see this location go down hill.

Starbucks is pretty much the same so only service accuracy and friendliness is left to rate. Service is pretty good but they get slammed in drive thru and that is because of the volume of people they service. After all my visits the items were always fixed to my asking! The friendliness is really good from the older employees but horrible with the younger staff. Need to work on customer connection.

This Starbucks is well managed, efficient and clean. It is a nice neighborhood coffee house as well as a popular and efficient drive-thru.

Tonight has been the worst waiting experience ever. I don’t care that you think your cute and funny. Stop wasting time playing grab ass with your coworkers and make my drinks, be a professional already. I don’t find you funny or cute or professional. MAKEMYDRINKS!!! Dam!!!

They are just not as good as they used to be. The help are much less pleasant, and despite spending $ 5 for coffee, they never want to accommodate my requests any more. I hope that someone comes along and replaces them with better service, and better coffee. They have become the McDonalds of coffee. What a shame.

Everyone here is really nice and even though they get busy, they are fast! They don’t quite have the online ordering down yet though– they either have the drink ready and forget my food or vice versa. But that is relatively new so maybe they need to work out the kinks still. All around a good location.

The baristas are super nice but I got my venti coffee this morning and it was almost an inch and a half from the top of the cup. I paid for a venti and got a tall! As a former Starbucks employee, I can easily say this was pure laziness– the barista didn’t steam enough milk and decided to load my cup up with foam so it’d look full. Pretty lame– looks like I’ll be checking my cup before I leave if I go back to this location.

AWFUL. The cars are lined up forever so we went inside. This was a complete sh*t show. Unorganized, they were practically running into each other. The service was bad. Everyone was waiting forever for the drinks. Then they weren’t right. Never again. I’ll go across to Peet’s in Bel Air or go inside Whole Foods to get some joe.

Horrible. Last couple times my husband and I ordered drinks here we were sick for days. Now we don’t go to any Starbucks for fear of getting sick.

I ordered a tall $ 5. coconut mocha through the drive thru. When I tasted it, the coconut milk was clearly rotten. I parked, went inside, and tried to explain that my drink was rotten, the girl who made my drink looked at me like she knew she had served me something she shouldn’t have. The older gentlemen at the counter took the carton out of the trash and read me the expiration date(coconut milk only lasts a couple of days after it has been opened and the expire date means nothing/any business worth it’s name would have a sticker with the day the container was opened, they did not) and then. DIDNOT wash his hands and proceeded to work on someones drink. So many customer service errors: never ever tell the customer they are wrong, offer to re-make the drink or refund the customer, a huge black hair on the counter after he wiped it down with a clearly dirty towel, being ignored for minutes while that same older man had his back turned to me and another gentlemen restocked the shelves by putting new cookies in front of old, bathroom filthy, front door filthy, floor sticky I threw my drink away and left without a refund(guess you have to act aggressive and angry to get that). Seriously do not recommend this starbucks.

This is your basic Starbucks with a drive through at a very busy area of the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento. Be prepared to wait or hack your order with the mobile app. Congested parking in shared lot with Wholefoods and strip-mall. Stop here and rub shoulders with some pretentious entitled yuppie Sacramento elitists.

First time at this location(and I’m at a Starbucks almost daily) about 9:30 on a Friday morning. Not too busy inside. Comfortable seating, but bring a sweater if you plan to stay because it’s cold in here. Service was great and fast. Drive thru looks very popular. Love that it’s in the same shopping center as Whole Foods! A-ok, just chilly!

This is my favorite Starbucks location! I actually go the opposite direction of work to this location even though there is a Starbucks on my way to work for very simple reasons: The staff is always friendly. They know how to mix anything I can come up with. They get through lines quickly. Using rewards and sticker/punch cards is a smooth and pain free process. The inside is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Low calorie drink that an employee suggested to try that is amazing: 3 pumps of sugar free mocha 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla iced coffee soy milk Love it!

Jeanne is the best barista ever. My day is going to be a great one when I walk in and am greeted be Jeanne. She has a way of making every customer feel special. If you have never tried a triple espresso con panna you have to try it once. Your life will never be the same.

The lines can be long but they work fast and have great service. I highly recommend trying a Valencia Orange with black tea instead of water unsweetened.

This is my go to location during the work week. It stays busy which is understandable given the location. I’ve always had good service every time, which is a plus.

At first, I thought the low ratings here were due to some of the snobby clientele from the area, but the more I come here, the more I see the problems. First, I ordered my coffee drink, which came out quickly. Then I sat down with it to churn through my email to find the email where I won a free cranberry bliss bar from the Starbucks for life sweepstakes. After I found it, because I knew it would take a minute or two so I didn’t want to do that at the register, I went up to the counter to claim my free treat. Unfortunately, there was some lady who was buying a coffee mug, which shouldn’t have been a problem, except that for some strange reason, she wanted several tall size cups. After the barista got that all bagged up, she asked for lids. Well of course she needs lids to go with the cups! For what, idk because she did not have any liquid to put in the cups. Perhaps she was going to put keurig coffee in them and pass it off as Starbucks. So just when I thought I was getting close to my cranberry bliss, which I’d never tried, she decided it was time to refill the Starbucks app on her phone. Why she doesn’t have it on autopay like the rest of us junkies, idk, but I guess it was as good a time as any to put $ 40 on her Starbucks card/app. Just as the barista finished ringing her up and she was fumbling with her phone, credit card, wallet, purse, and bag of stuff she just bought, another employee came over and asked what he could get started for me. I said, I just wanted a cranberry bliss bar. He seemed disappointed that I didn’t want any coffee, but I explained that I already had one and just wanted to find the email where I won a free cranberry bliss bar without holding up the line. The lady had left by then, so she didn’t have to hear what could’ve been construed as a passive aggressive remark, but they seemed surprised that I’d won anything. So I showed them the email with the bar code but she wanted a barista code so she asked to look at my phone/email. I told her that it didn’t seem to have a number code but just a bar code. After inspecting the email, she agreed and said ok let’s try the bar code. It worked and I got my free cranberry bliss bar. Then I asked, are you still doing the sweepstakes? She said yes. I said, oh I thought maybe you weren’t because I haven’t got a receipt the last couple of times I’ve been here and we need the code from the receipt to enter. She mumbled something that I didn’t hear, and I walked away disappointed.

There are some that would consider a review of Starbucks a waste of time. But the fact remains that whatever city or new neighborhood I’m in, I always seem to gravitate to one. It’s familiar and they make a good soy latte, I like mine with just a touch of vanilla in it! I like this location, right across the street from Fremont Park, and being on a corner, when sitting outside enjoying your coffee, you have the choice of sitting in the sunshine or sitting in the shade, I like choices! The baristas and staff, always seem to be in an upbeat mood, which make a visit here all the more pleasant.
