I’m writing an update because I think this by far the best subway I’ve been to. And just today I started reading a bunch of other review for this place and noticed that most are for the subway at the following address: 3130 Bradshaw Rd Sacramento, CA FYI the subway that I’m reviewing is by Burger King by Goethe Rd. and off of Bradshaw and all the other fools reviewing are reviewing the one off Bradshaw next to the K-1 Speed(go-kart place) across the overpass… so disregard those reviews please it’s annoying when people care so little as to get it right.

I’ve come in before and had very easy, pleasant experiences. But when the general manager is there, she likes to try to change your order to become the more expensive option. For example, one sandwich becoming two six inches. The amount of vegetables given also becomes smaller and even if she wasn’t the one who helped you, she’ll stand behind the cashier and ask them right in front of you if they offered a bag of chips and a drink. This has happened twice and both times she claimed that $ 5 footlongs weren’t a thing anymore, laughed at me, and used that as her reasoning for charging for two sandwiches. Also, the store is very dusty. There’s dust all over the flake plants, inbetween the paintings and edges of the wall which is eye-level, and underneath the drink station isn’t so hot. Clean the staining off of the white part of the drain, pick up the trash, and dust it down there. I frequent the Subway of Kiefer instead now.

I usually get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki for lunch, but one week, I had a huge tuna craving. So I went in for a tuna sub. The next day, I returned and the girl behind the counter, Gaby, greeted me and asked, «Are you here for your tuna?» I was impressed that she remembered me and my previous order after only having it once. Now, I don’t know if I have a very memorable face, or if I did anything that made me stick out, but here are five stars for Gaby and the tuna sub that she made. Doesn’t matter if she forgot to ask me if I wanted it toasted(yes, I did).

Not all subways are created equal. This is the worst subway i have ever been to! This place is right by my work in the RPM raceway building so i go here a lot. Every single time i am amazed at what stingy jerks they are. This month they have $ 26-inch specials. So my husband orders 2 of them and i order one. They stick his together and charge him $ 7 for a 12-inch. We tell them it should be $ 4 for 26-inch sandwiches. After a debate she corrects the price. Then we go there a week or so later for the same thing. This time we are smart and make sure they wrap them separately. On my 6-inch i ask for mustard, i get one line of mustard. ONELINE! I get 4 leaves of spinach, so i say can i have a little more spinach please. She says no i can not add more because this sandwich is on special. My husband then tells me that they did the same thing last time when he asked for more peppers after receiving two on a 12-inch sandwich. It is not like i am asking for extra meat or cheese, it is spinach, and you gave me 4 leaves. The whole selling point with subway is you are supposed to be able to add as many vegetables as you would like. If i could give them less than one star i would. Lesson learned. I will drive down the street a few blocks and go to the other subway from now on. DON’T EVERGOTOTHISSUBWAY.

This is usually the only Subway I go to because it is close to my work and home. Over the past year they seem to have gone through a lot of new hires. You can tell when they are new because they are very slow but they still make my sandwich just fine. I really enjoy the owners and will often talk with them a bit when they are not busy. The owners are hands on and always come out of the back when it gets busy. It is as good as any other Subway I have ever been to, but it is still a Subway which is my reason for three stars. It is a 5 star Subway but a 3 star restaurant. It is fast food, and it is a deal during the 5 $ footlong months.

I’ve been coming to this subway for years. It’s usually above average as far as the overall experience. Not this time. This is the third time I’ve had a sandwich made by Anna. They have all been horrible. The first time I figured maybe she was new or it was a fluke. The second time I got an attitude to go with my crappy sandwich. The third time I payed attention and noticed that she wasn’t she screwed me and my brothers sandwiches up royally and didn’t care a bit. She asked him if he wanted salt, pepper, oil or vinegar. He said no. She put all four on when he wasn’t looking and then noticed her mistake. She looked up to see if he was looking. When she saw that he wasn’t she shrugged and wrapped up the sandwich. RUDE. Get rid of this girl or lose customers. I refuse to have another shitty sandwich served with a side of rudeness.

Worst Subway I ever been to. First off, Anna did not even look me in the eye once. She kept signing like it was killing her to make my sandwich. It wasn’t even busy in there. If you don’t like your job then you should quit. I only asked for pickles and lettuce and the pickle pile was huge. It’ll be a while before I come back here.

I always get a $ 5 footlong… usually the cold cut combo but this time I tried the Spicy italian. Not that spicy. I like the Cold Cut combo more. it has alittle bit more meat. The counter girl was friendly. This subway is alittle small so it’s not so good for dining in.

They always give me such little meat. It’s annoying! I remember the good old days where they put 2 – 3 layers of meat. Lame.

Very knowledgeable owner. Told us that tax is assessed when they heat something up. I like the oven roasted chicken breast.

OK, so I’m a lunch time Subway junkie… I usually go to this one because it’s near my work. Line/wait time can get crazy long @ lunch if you don’t hit it early or late. Owner are nice, staff is ½ & ½ as far as whether you get one w/there head on straight. Not a lot of seating, but they keep it clean.
