Marsha is the nicest cashier in the world. She is always so friendly and happy. She brightens my day and even has me and my sister’s order memorized! The service is very fast and the food is always perfect.

This Taco Bell is alright, it’s better than some other Taco Bells I been too. They remodeled this location a few years ago. The interior is nice, it’s clean and there’s more seats now! I come here every now and then since it’s close to where I live. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet –I’m usually greeted by someone as soon as I walk in, the line is short, and it doesn’t take long to get my food. I came here once or twice during the summer and they didn’t have their AC on :(It was quite hot and humid inside, but I assume their AC wasn’t working on those days. Overall Taco Bell is Taco Bell, it’s not like amazing mexican food, but it’s good and cheap :) Also, keep in mind this place is near JFK high school, so it can get busy afterschool! Oh, and there’s no drive thru at this location!

We just received the worst meal ever. Ordered the Mexican pizza and it’s literally a shell with a small smear of beans and that’s it. It’s pathetic. All of our food was literally smashed. My daughter refused to ear her taco. I’m disgusted that they actually gave us our food looking like that. Of course I didn’t know till I got all the way home. Thanks taco bell for ruining our cheat day meal. I’m def not coming back to this one. And I’ve been coming here since the day it opened. Such a disappointment. I’ll make sure to post the pictures.

I like this taco bell. I’m mostly past my crazy late night 8 taco orders, but still enjoy a more sophisticated black bean & rice burrito from time to time.
The inside is nice and clean with the only complaint being the seats, which are a little worn in. Sauce is up for grabs and you control the fountain drinks.
Customer service is almost always strong. Marcia is about the friendliest and best counter worker I’ve ever seen. I noticed that she also had no problem dealing with people’s weird orders, questions, or substitutions.
Well above average taco bell!

I’ve always been a fan of Taco Bell. cheap and delicious. I know I shouldn’t expect amazing customer service, but being pleasant to the customer is kind of your job. I went in here today with my boyfriend for dinner and the 3 girls who were working obviously didn’t want to be here. they were rude, unfriendly, and giving horrible customer service. I’m not expecting us to be best friends after ordering food, but the least you could do is half ass like you want to be there. I’m happy I’m moving out of the pocket and don’t have to come here when I am craving some t-​bell.

Out of beans! How does Taco Bell run out of beans?!? The cashier Alisa was wonderful. The young lady making the food was slower than slow motion! No compensation given for being out of beans! What the heck? Charging .20 cents extra for onions when ordering something without beans ?!? Wow!!!

Sometimes you just need a fast food fix, Mexican-​American style. This is a great place for the people living in the Pocket Area. Clean compared to some of the other Taco Bells I’ve been to. Plus you’ve got to admit the Taco Bell Corp. is trying to get creative with their menu. I’m a big fan of the Doritos Taco Shells.

Always good customer service and food, but today (8⁄15) I bought 2 quesadillas cheese and chicken with 1 cinnamon twist.
So, the quesadillas were so soggy and greasy I could’ve just made it at home and they were both chicken instead of 1 cheese. The cinnamon twist tasted horrible. Like I know you forgot to give me my cinnamon twist but are you trying to poison me? It tasted like wood and smelt like it too. So weird. Why would you sell that to people? SMH NOT A GOOD LUNCH FOR ME TODAY.

Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve been to for consistent good service, food, and cleanliness. The place is always spotless from the eating area to the kitchen, which is directly viewable from the front counter. The employees have always been extremely polite and friendly, at least for the past few years I’ve been going here. The food is Taco Bell food, so it’s what you expect. That said, I’ve been to Taco Bells where the food is not what you expect, when it tastes old, or there are different balances of ingredients than normal. That is not the case with this location!

Solid Taco Bell. They don’t charge me for grilled chicken substitute with the tacos, so yay. The staff is cool and they have sauces out where you can get them. Iced tea and all that too. Five stars for this Taco Bell. Just wish you did breakfast.

Taco Bell all taste the same at every TB location. What really impressed me at this Taco Bell location was their remodel. The interior of this Taco Bell has a nice open floor plan. The color and lighting are also very modern. Hopefully Taco Bell can maintain the interior and not let it go to ruins. Again, the food taste the same, but this location is one of the cleanest and nicest Taco Bells I have ever been in.

Lived in the neighborhood nearly a decade and my experience last Thursday night chased me away for good.
Cashier snapped when I stood up while waiting (actually to keep from nodding off after a VERY long day) and dumped my wife’s nacho platter on the floor before picking it up and handing it to the cook to prepare. Also had several human hairs in my taco supremes. Rather than argue I took the $ 13 worth of food I ordered home and pitched it in the trash. Chalk that $ 13 loss to the game of life and a lesson learned.
NEVER. AGAIN.

Usually not a fan of Taco Bell, but this one has own me over! Went in tonight, received great customer service, the girl was really friendly and nice. We ordered to go but sat down to wait, no complaints about the cleanliness, it was basically sparkling! We didn’t have to wait long which was nice, probably less than 5 minutes and then we were on our way home to enjoy some TB. Food was still hot and fresh by the time we sat on our couch, and it was probably the best Mexican pizza I’ve ever had (:

Had the chicken cantina bowl. it was very OK. Everything was just kinda mushed in there and made the presentation look awful. The flavor was ok, I think it would have been better if everything was laid out better. Tasted all mushed together. The lettuce was mushy. I think Chipotle does a much better job of making a salad, considering they both use the same ingredients. It’s like they tried to copy Chipotle and failed miserably. Taco Booo, you need to be more creative.

Because they run out of things pretty often. They were out of potatoes three days in a row once. Really?
Also, just like every other Taco Bell I have ever eaten at, they do not know how to wrap a burrito. I used to love their burrito supreme once upon a time but you never know what you’re going to get. Most of the time the contents are all divided into sections in the burrito. Really annoying. I just stick with simple things now. Bean burrito, soft taco, etc.
Okay, so other than that they are really nice. Very attentive and you dont have to wait very long. Also the store is kept clean.
Just try to stay away at 3pm because the Kennedy HS kids are very rowdy.

Taco Bell is been my savior for years! I think it is the best hang over cure in the world! I know people don’t consider this true Mexican food and that’s fine with me. It’s good enough to be in it’s own class and is my favorite fast food. I do wish it was open later in the evening because after coming home late I’d definitely go there. And if there was a drive thru it would be awesome! I always get it togo but if you do eat there it is not always the cleanest Taco Bell. I’m just glad I don’t have to drive miles to get it. It’s right in my neighborhood!

I love Taco Bell, so two stars are given for simply serving Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos, but that’s about all the kudos this place will get from me. It’s the worst smelling Taco Bell I’ve been to, and their hours of operation are whack. Top it off with a bunch of stoned employees that can’t mop a floor or get a simple order right and you’ve recreated the Florin Road Taco Bell experience.

Basic Taco Bell here. Walk in only! no drive thru! Try to avoid weekdays 3 – 5 PM.
Too many loud, and rude Kennedy H.S. kids hanging around waiting to take the bus back to Meadowview/​Mack Road area.

Might i say, I always go here, only because its the nearest Taco bell to where i live.
This place has very bad customer service though, the employees are not well trained at all, I got ripped off a CRUNCHY TACO!!!
Beware…always check your bag when you order to go, don’t wanna be scammed a taco like i did. I hella wanted to eat that taco… :/
