Our first experience with Phil was at the beginning of the Great Recession. We were Purchasing a new home in the post phase of the builders construction. The builder was jacking up the price of the home and lowering the interest rate on people who went with their lender, this caused the home appraised value to be artificially inflated. Phil was onto the builder’s game and was able to lower our purchase price by sects five thousand dollars. Needless to say he gained a client for life
We eventually wanted to sell this home and purchase a ranch. Phil expertly navigated all the pitfalls with the sale and purchase of our dream home. Phil time and again kept everything on track with at times outside the box thinking.
