Wendy’s

I greatly enjoy this location, even though I do not visit any others.
This location was recently remodeled. They have multiple flat screen TV’s and that display the menu, along with «rolling» images of the menu items. I am a visual person, so seeing the item helps tremendously.
They are very quick and have ALWAYS made my order exactly the way I ordered it. The employees are very nice & friendly and the place is always clean.
They also have those tough screen Coke machines with a million (not really) flavors to choose from.

Quickest service ever! Haha I was hungry so I decided to get the 4 for $ 4 meal. I wanted a frosty with the meal, but unfortunately if you order the 4 for $ 4 then you’re stuck with a fountain drink. 4 for $ 4 is basically a cheeseburger, fries, nuggets, and a drink.
As soon as I got to the pick up/​pay window they already had my drink and food ready. I was a bit skeptical that it might be old food since they got it out so fast. However, the foods were hot and fresh! Loved the fresh lettuce for the burger! And the fries and nuggets were crunchy and delicious! Maybe next time, I’ll order a frosty separately. Hopefully they’ll keep the 4 for $ 4 deal for a while.

This Wendy’s is the cleanest, organized one of the chain. The one over on bond road just DOES NOT MEASURE UP TO IT AT ALL. Nice touch with the fireplace in the wall.

Usually I get pretty decently prepared, fresh and hot food from this location.
Today however, all 3 orders of fries were cold, and the son of baconator I ordered was cold and had burnt and hard bacon on it. SERIOUSLY disappointed! Shame on you guys! :(

I really enjoy the aesthetics in this restaurant. for it to be a fast food chain, they have really stepped up their appearance and their services as well. I have no complaints about the food as it was qualitative and we ate all what we paid for. kids enjoy this place and the soda machine is epic. free wife, good for small groups. Thanks Wendy’s.

11-​16-​2015. Went to Costco to shop. Feel like some chilli and Wendy has the best chilli. Came in waited a minute or two before an employee come over to take my order. No welcome to Wendy how may I help you sort of thing. So I just order a small chilli
I saw the worker just scoop one scoop of chilli and its not even and give it to me with no lid. I ask for the lid and two cup ice water and extra cracker which he only give me the cup for water and no extra cracker thank goodness he didn’t give me the extra cracker I would of toss it away. The cracker is so stale. But chilli as always is really good.

The service at this location remains very inconsistent. It seems as though it’s based on the manager that is working. On my visit on 7÷20÷15 at 8 pm I stood ignored at the counter as several employees walked by me. I wanted to let them know that their ketchup dispenser was out. I finally gave up and just asked for packages upon receiving my order. Step it up Wendy’s!

Went through the drive-​thru and ordered a large soda with my meal. After driving out and hitting the freeway, I realized that they didn’t give me a straw. I couldn’t turn around and go back, so here I am on the freeway taking the lid off the cup just to drink my coke. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Not only did I not get a straw; I got no napkins either. Really??? Now I remember why I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a couple of years.

I’m a sucker for Wendy’s burgers. This is the furthest thing from fast food that you can find in a fast food restaurant. The patties are juicy and seasoned to perfection, the ingredients (crisp lettuce, flavorful tomatoes) actually taste fresh and the fries are never cold and well-​salted. It’s a no-​brainer for any restaurant serving burgers to live up to this minimal standard, but in the world of fast food it puts Wendy’s far above the rest in my book. Not to mention they serve chili and baked potatoes that make the fare at places with similar menu items (Arby’s, Carl’s Jr.) look like pig slop.
What Wendy’s lacks in décor or customer service they make up for in fresh-​ish food at a decent cost. Considering the alternatives, it’s more than I could ask for.

worst drive thru experience I have had in quite awhile. placed my order then drove up to window and they had my order waiting for me. I thought, that was quick. I get home and my order was not even close to being what I ordered. the fries were re-​fried and cold. I will now drive out of my way to find a better location. that is if I decide to eat at another Wendy’s.

Wendy’s has a good value menu. I always order a jr bacon burger, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and their small classic chocolate frosty. Sometimes I get the rich and meaty chilli so I can dip my fries in it. Their buns are better than most other fast food restaurant because it is sweater. Oh their chilli is bomb too!

This Wendy’s is brand-​new and smells really good inside the food is as good as other Wendy’s but the price of food has gone up and no more value menu. My review is basing this off of a comparison of other Wendy’s this is the best Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to. It feels like you have gone to the Wendy’s of the future and met the Jetsons. My wife says it has the vibe of a restaurant airport. For a fast food place it is actually a good place to hang out chill and relax while you’re on a long journey you can get off the highway pretty easy and take a few minutes to use a clean restroom and free Wi-​Fi.

This place is so nice and new. I wish there were more Wendy’s and less McDonald’s around. Their chicken nuggets are better too

Waited over 23 minutes just to get a cup of chilli and a burger. No acknowledgment of the staff or anything. I will make sure to to ever come back here.

Food is ehh now. Sucks that they don’t have a dollar menu anymore! That’s usually why I always go here. I don’t really care for their fancy burgers. Something small and inexpensive on the go is good enough for me. I do however love their chilli but today they didn’t add no cheese
Besides the food, the remodeling of the whole building from outside looks pretty awesome! Almost didn’t look like a fast food joint. Not sure what the inside looks like but probably as nice as the outside. Speed of service is decent. Get you in and out.

The remodeling of this place is superb. Both exterior and interior designs are eye catching. Outside with fresh paint and modern look, the inside with new booths and glass decal with grass paintings were pleasing to look at. I now find this location more of a restaurant seating than a fast food (just by the looks though, or course service is still what you’d expect at a fast food joint). This is my first time here since the remodeling and I am digging this location way more than the one on Bond Road.
I feel like service here is better than the Elk grove location; however, food didn’t seem to keep up. Food was good still, I ordered the baked potatoes and a small chilli like I normally do at Wendy’s. The potatoe was too dry. Since I don’t eat mine with any spur cream or butter, I had hoped that the inside was a. it moist on its own. I did enjoy my chilli, can’t go wrong with that! Lastly the drink machine got me awed. It look like the machine you find inside a movie theater with high tech functions for selecting your drinks.
This place even has a lounge spot with a fireplace. They really went all out with their remodel.
Love the look, food is sub-​par here.

I think the new layout looks very nice, but as for going in? I couldn’t. The power is out and they didn’t tell us why so that is why I gave the 4 ^_​^ #Cheese

I’ve been here once a week for the past 3 weeks, and my fries every time either taste old like they have been sitting around, or super crunchy and burned from being dipped in the fryer again. Also easy on the mayo, my burgers have mayo dripping from all ends making my bun soggy. Very gross.

Wendy’s restaurants are consistently good, but there’s something special about a brand new building. Their baked potatoes aren’t worth it any more, the toppings are basically a dollop these days. Everything else is excellent as usual, though.

Love how they remodeled this place. The only problem is that the few times i’ve went here they messed up my order. They need to make sure they get all of the orders correct because it can get irritating after giving this place a chance 3 times that the order you get is missing something. They say «third times the charm» but not for this place. I’d rather go to another Wendys if this keeps happening to other customers.

Love the remodel — very modern, plenty of light, and pretty inviting sit down for a fast food restaurant. I always get my order pretty quick and it’s pretty consistent. I usually order off their value menu, and it’s a pretty good. The new soda machine is a real plus as well.

Not all that impressed by the food, although the remodel of this Wendy’s was pretty nice. Very modern and clean looking. Much less «fast food» and much more «sit down.» New soda machine that vends all kinds of flavors and combos of those flavors.
We went with the dollar menu and each adult got a chicken sandwich and a junior burger and the chicken was good but the hamburger was not. Didn’t taste like the same beef patty I used to really enjoy at Wendy’s. Also the food seemed only lukewarm and not hot. Maybe I should’ve taken them back. They could at least zap them hotter for us. The fries was ok although they served us some burnt ones too. Hmm…
Didn’t order drinks, just had water. They gave us these grand reopening type coupons and one of them was a good one… kids’ meal for $ 1.99 each (reg. $ 3.69 for the chicken wrap one), limit 2, so I went back and got 2 of those after we finished our food and weren’t totally full. Little girl enjoyed our food with us. The kids’ meal is pretty good value at $ 2, not sure about $ 3.69. Included a 8 oz milk, I picked the apple slices over the fries (she doesn’t need more empty carbs), along with a toy besides the chicken wrap which was actually pretty good sized.
Food seemed to have gone downhill here. Disappointed. May/​may not give Wendy’s another try, but customer service was good. It was also quite empty but this was a Sunday evening.

Frostyyyyyyyyy!!!
That’s the only reason why I ever come to Wendy’s. Please give me a small vanilla frosty to go and I’m all smiles.
The drive thru had been super quick the 2 times I’ve been here. Service is friendly and the frosty I get is perfect.
