Where do I start. This location had been closed for a while due to construction. So when i heard they had reopened, I decided to stop by. Now who ever did their layout for the the drive through must be blind! There is only one entrance and it goes right into where the cars would be coming out from the drive through! So many wrong way errors it doesn’t make any sense! The service was ehh The girl at the window seemed to get inpatient when I couldnt find my card. Me and my cousin decided to try the new portabella mushroom burger. When we got home there was barely any cheese and no sauce. The meat in general had absolutely no flavor. Very dissatisfying. I’ve been to other wendy’s and had great tasting burgers but this time was just not good at all. Wendy’s you let me down with this one. Wont be coming back to this location.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to DO NOT GO HERE I ordered a large chili & fries. The worker asked «cheese or onion» I said both, he then repeated and said «cheese or onion» I said both. He then asked «plain» I then asked for both, after that he said «that will be $ 5.41 with attitude

This appears to be a new Wendy’s so I’ll give them three stars. They obviously haven’t trained their employees yet. It took forever to order. While we were waiting two people came up to complain about mixed up orders. When we received our food it was also screwed up. The food was up to Wendy’s standards but not worth having to wait to correct the incorrect food we were given.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in forever. I used to always order the sour cream & chive baked potato, chili, and chicken nuggets off the value menu. I believe they all used to be 99 cents. Now it’s not much of a value. Instead of 5 it’s 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. Prices for the two other items have also risen. I have never tried their frosty before, but that’s the only thing I care to order if I come back.

Horrible staff. I went here one night because it was right around the corner from where I live. First time at Wendy’s. So of course most places had some sort of vanilla ice cream or cold dessert type drink shake or drinks or cones. I asked the lady if she had anything of the sort. And she said no. And then my friend in the car said yea they do. So we pulled up to the window. And asked again. Lady said no. It’s not like a soft served its a shake. And I was just dumb founded. Like seriously? Do your job and inform the customers. Do you want to make sales? Or just be rude because it’s your life job. This was the older lady at the window when I went. Never going here again.

I got a cold Double Stack, the cheese wasn’t even melted… I ordered a Coke and got a cup with ice… nasty. Usually my other experiences are good but this location needs to shut down like KFC next door and start from scratch.

If i could rate this a zero i would. I went through the drive thru on Thursday at around 11am. I ordered my food, 2 dbl bacon cheeseburgers, a double stack and a nugget meal with a medium fry and sprite, had to repeat it twice and she still got it wrong, so I went to the window. Once at the window I asked her to repeat my order and it was still wrong, so I told her again, I ended up having to tell her twice again at the window. She then told me that Wendy’s doesn’t have dbl bacon cheeseburgers and then again repeated my order wrong, at this point I was irritated and just left. I have never had such bad service at a fast food establishment. I will not be returning.

So I went here the other night and there was a line in the drive thur but not a rush I would saying having worked in fast food before. so it is my turn to order and I order but than realized still at the ordering screen I wanted to change my drink mind you I haven’t paid not at the window still order my food and the girl let out a huge sigh like she was frustrated that I was changing my drink order. It was so rude and me personally working in customer service I would never act that why towards someone. than I get to the window she runs my card and practically threw the food at me no have a great night and come back again for me. I have never written a back review every for Unilocal but her attitude was too much and I believe she was the manager. I definitely won’t be coming back I feel like Wendy’s might want to employ better people.

I’ve been to many Wendy’s as most people in the area probably have, but there is a troll like manager there that has been so rude to me several times now, the last time I received my food at the drive thru window and I checked to make sure everything was there, she rolls her eyes and closes the window. Shockingly an item was missing from my order, she comes back to the window with a shocked look that I was still there as she was anticipating her next victim and yells «WHAT…» I was like you forgot a burger, she grabs it off the line, throws it in a bag, and hands it to me. Two times before this she had a very rude presence and this was the last time, I would never go back here and nor would I recommend this specific location until she is gone, if you want wendy’s drive to the next one, unless you want to pay the troll toll.

Do NOT go to this location! I have got sick after eating here, 4 times. I live near by and keep thinking I will have a different experience. I let 6 months go by and stupidly try again. No more. This location can’t get orders right, fries are always cold and most importantly it makes me sick… stuck in my own restroom.

2 stars because of the inconsistent food quality. I would say 2 out of 5 times the food will be hot and fresh. Most of the time your fries will be warm at best; I hardly ever get crunchy fries from here. Sometimes when I order chili the onions that they put in are old. Sometimes my burger will come with a luke warm or chilled piece of cheese on it. On several occasions i’ve received 3 hot chicken nuggets and one luke warm stale nugget.
I wish I could have given a better rating but inconsistency of food quality is unacceptable from a fast food restaurant. Doesn’t wendys claim to make all their food fresh?

I laugh at all the people that give 5 stars or 2 stars to a franchise burger joint. The food is what it is all over the country. No major differences. And like most it is just ok. Nothing to write home about but nothing overly bad.

If you want ketchup with your fries, be sure to ask before leaving the drive thru. They won’t give you any unless you ask. They are hoping you forget to ask so they can save money. It’s the same with all fast food joints these days. Greedy, greedy, greedy. This Wendy’s get a low star rating because I ordered large fries and they gave me a medium. Unfortunately I did not check until I got home.

Awww, sorry Wendy’s but I’m going to have to take TWO stars away due to my recent visit here.
The dollar menu changed! Instead of getting five spicy nuggets for a dollar, it’s now four but you can order six nuggets for like $ 1.25…so silly just keep the five for a dollar! I ordered the six peice and when I got home, I discovered they only gave my four! Imagine how annoyed I was!
On top of that, I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon! Shame on you Wendy’s!
I’ll eventually be back because I like Wendy’s and this is the closest one to me but I’m very, very dissapointed! :/

This Wendy’s is always pretty fast. I never eat in, but I to through the drive-​thru occasionally. The service is for the most part friendly and cheery. The food always comes out hot too.
Note: they ran out of creamer the other day, which was a bummer. Oh well. They are currently offering free coffee drinks every afternoon, so I am not surprised that they ran out.

Fast and friendly service. I try to always eat inside their dining room. It’s always clean, but sometimes very cold with their SuperCool 5000 A/​C blowing icicles!

I am raising my review to a 3 stars. I have been here a few more times recently and I see a change. The staff seems much nicer and the restaurant is clean and seems to be functioning better.
This location I see gets a wide variety of characters coming through. Why just today I had the sweaty guy in line ahead of me yell «Sheet rockers Rule!» Not really sure who he was yelling this to, but he seemed happy enough. Also, while I ate I noticed someone try and come order on foot in the drive thru window.
So the fact these people can keep a smile on their faces and turn out ok fast food deserves an bump up to 3 stars.
