2 years ago had entire new roof by Yancey. $ 39,000. Had a small leak last year and they came out and now this year leaking in same place. Went on line to ask for an appointment and told them the history. 3 weeks now and I have not heard a word from Yancey. If you have a $ 39K project they are right there. Small job good luck getting them to contact you.
