I have been using Next Day Flyers for years and they are superb! I order business cards, post cards, flyers and more for dozens of businesses each year and never had an issue! I have even placed an order in the morning and had it ready for pickup by the end of the day which you cannot beat! After seeing some of the other reviews of customers who left negative feedback it does not make sense. If i had an issue I call them or email them and get the answers I need. If you upload your files in 300 dpi and print ready format you will have no issues at all. Would recommend no other company other then Next Day Flyers! Thanks guys!

I love Next DayFlyers. I have used them for the past two years and have printed over 75,000 postcards, bookmarks and greeting cards because their print quality is excellent. One bookmark order got lost and was refunded. I had no problem with customer service. Weeks later they found the misplaced order and mailed it to me without charge. NextDayFlyer is worth the try. I agree with the other review. If you have a problem, the customer service is very poor. You are better off finding an alternative printer. They messed up our order and were very difficult to deal trying to get it fixed. The business called me after this review and wanted to talk. I called them back, left a voicemail and never heard back from them. I guess this just represents the poor quality of customer service.

I will save you time, money and stress. DON’T USETHEMTOPRINTSTUFF. Every time I print with them, there is an issue and this time they’ve left me up a creek with no paddle. No one follows up, no one follows through, their graphics department is lazy at best, and while it’s cheap, I’d rather pay more to have it done on time and right. I actually had to threaten them once just to get my stuff printed. Went back because they offered me a free next day upgrade, and was going to use them this time, till I was told that even though I had submitted my files on a Friday, because I couldn’t resolve my issue till Tuesday(due to a federal holiday) that I would have to upgrade and pay the almost $ 90 difference for the same Friday delivery. This was the third strike for them — going somewhere else.
