Love the selection but I feel like they’re always so under staffed. You literally can wait 20 mins on line. The people that work there are super friendly but nonetheless you can’t run in and out

Great selection… I’m always surprised that this retailer is continually stepping up their game. Kate Spade bags, Michael Kors watches… great home department!
I was inspired walking around. This shopping center just re-​did the parking lot, too, so it is no longer a nightmare driving around there.

After I walked by TJ Maxx earlier in the morning and saw some items I wanted to purchase, I decided to swing by later after they opened at 9:30am! I snagged a tan tote that I have been looking for in so long. It was on clearance and in great condition! I looked around a little more, they have a great selection of home goods — even pots and pans! They have a lot of items on clearance too and all in perfect condition. Even the service was so friendly. This was on a Wednesday a little before noon and there were a lot of employees walking around, tiding up the place. The cashier was super sweet too and this will definitely be a store I shop at more often!

I visited a few TJ Maxx stores and this was actually a nice one, not to mention they had the bike I was looking for. The store associates were extremely helpful. The store was rather clean and organized, yet didn’t have a wide assortment of clothes like most TJ Maxx stores.

Terrible store. clothes strewn all over the place. Looked like people had 10 minutes to fill their cart and they could keep everything in it type game show.
Not a big selection and definitely nobody ever asks if you need help. We won’t even mention what it’s like around Christmas… EEEK!
So surprised a store this messy is in Saddle Brook NJ. Needs new management for sure.

I really don’t understand why this store has such terrible reviews. I never have any trouble finding something I want and or need. Sure, the store can be a mess, but what do you want when you’re going to a rack store?

When this store first opened it was so nice! I don’t know what happened but they need new management for sure. There are broken items everywhere and nothing is organized. The only good thing was the cashier, Veronica who was super pleasant. The company really needs to look into this store. Terrible.

A few days ago I came in looking for a dress shirt, the selection they had was very basic. Out of the few TJ Maxx stores I have been too, this one had the least amount of clothing for men. The selection was horrible. Yea the store may’ve had a few good items, but a majority of the clothing was too baggy, or too tight.
I am not ashamed to admit that I shop at TJ Maxx especially when I need to buy a dress shirt for an event to match one of my wife’s dresses.
I happen to be the very first customer that day, it was 9:26 am when they opened the doors. They saw me waiting outside and happened to open the door 4 minutes early for me.
Can’t say the store was unorganized, as it was neat… can’t even say that there was a line to pay since the store was empty. But as I stated earlier, the store had a decent selection of basic clothing, and when I mean basic, I mean they had regular dress shirts. white, black, maybe a light blue, or striped shirt… I needed a teal color shirt. I didn’t find it here, but I managed to get something else.

Its amazing how on a packed Friday night, their is only one register open! The manager doesn’t even speak English. Its horrible! We are in New Jersey in America. Geez!
