I love Big Apple Bagel, the service is always fast and the bagels are so good!!!

I went in real quick to pick up some bagels for my family and the person at the counter was very helpful while I described the bagel she knew exactly what it was! Delicious every time!

Warren, MI
Positives: bagels are warm, are usually fresh, large variety of cream cheeses, and seem to have something for everyone.
Negatives: bagels are gone quickly because of listed positives, the service leaves something to the imagination, they do have special bagels which are never available, and the seating area seems to always be dirty.
I can recommend this place to those that have patience but I do not recommend the muffins, just have not had any luck with them.
