Food is ok. Tamales are a no go, lack flavor and just plain awful. The nachos are perfect. They have a play area for kids which is great. The green salsa on the salsa bar is the best. Can’t say much more about the food… it was nothing special.

I’ll keep this short. The food was okay but the service was not. I dropped in and placed a pick-up order. So AFTER they took my money, I then proceeded to sit there for the better part of 30 minutes. And I was seated RIGHTBY the host. Someone eventually remembered me and got me my food. The thing is, Mexican food joints in this area are a dime a dozen. Therefore food and service have to be on point. Maybe next time. If I go back.

The food is bland and the whole layout of the restaurant just doesn’t make sense. Seems outdated with old décor and old TVs.

Stopped here for lunch as it was recommended by a colleague when I told him we just moved to the area. Either he’s never had good Mexican food or they save the good food for dinner. I was highly disappointed. This is not the type of place you recommend to someone. This is your typical everyday Tex-mex restaurant. Food was bland. Nothing exciting about this place. Atmosphere and food were boring. I’ll stick with Fresco’s or Chuy’s.

I went here for the first time yesterday, and I was pretty impressed. My boyfriend got the fajita chimichanga and didnt care for it, but I got the bandera plate and everything was FRESH and the FLAVORS were awesome. The spices and full flavor came through on every bite. I fell in love with the green chili-avocado sauce that was on one of the enchiladas. I was impressed with the enchiladas and I will be going back. Plate prices could be a little better, but they are in line for similar restaurants in the area.

My wife and I moved to Saginaw just this year and decided to try Pulido’s. We have been back several times since the first visit. We have loved everything we have tried so far. We try something different each time and each have a favorite, but all were good. It is truly hard to find good mexican food locally. Some are OK, others are good but this place is great. I urge you to give them a try.

They were not busy when we came in about 6:30 pm, but as usual, we brought the crowd. There was plenty of wait staff available so service was good. The food was not HOT when it came out and it bordered on cold but I did not complain as I remembered the last time I came I was not impressed with the food temp. The taste was good. But this is not the OMGoodness gotta have some more type of restaurant. Hungry and don’t want to cook, it is not bad. The coffee was hot and taste good and they have a full Bar if you desire to drink dinner..

The service is always great, and the food is good and pretty authentic. The best thing about this place is the portion size. I like to order either«The Mama» or «The Papa» which are both pretty large platters. This place is great for dining out with young children since there is a play area inside the restaurant! Best Mexican food in Saginaw!

Best tacos from any sit down Mexican restaurant I’ve ever had. Always get great service there too. The only thing I don’t like, is the LOUD children’s area. It does make it hard to enjoy a meal. That kid’s area is loud throughout the entire dining area. Haven’t been there in a while because of that. No worries tho. There’s multiple Pulidos in Ft. Worth that don’t sound like Chucky Cheese. Amazing tacos tho! Get em Ala cart, to go with the meal.

Meh. It’s average Mexican food I guess. Atmosphere is just ok. Service is ok. There are so many delicious Mexican restaurants in town, no reason to settle here. Definitely not a date night kinda place.

Service was okay. Food was okay. We had the chimichanga, tamales, and tilapia. The tamales tasted like they may be frozen

I love Mexican food and was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately the food was seriously disappointing. I had the fajita nachos. The beans overwhelmed the taste of the nachos and the chicken and cheese lacked flavor. I don’t mind spicy but the salsa was just hot and also lacked any real flavor. My fiancée had the burritos especial. They too were bland with no flavor. The server was nice and the queso was just decent. Unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say about this restaurant.

I have two young kids, and whenever we go out to eat as a family, we go here. Why? Because they have an indoor play area and family room! Low stress, get to eat ok Mexican food and have a pretty good margaritas. The food is standard texmex, the lean fajitas are pretty good, and do is he chili relleno and carne asada. 4 stars because they are closed on Sunday boo.

Finally took the time to get lunch here yesterday and I loved it. Lunch specials were around $ 6.59−7.99 I believe, and the food was great. Love the salsa. Had the #4 and it was great. Reminded me of my favorite Mexican place back home which has the most unique flavor and taste of any Mexican joint I have eaten, never seen it duplicated or anything even similar. I can go there pretend I am at ___’_ and probably not even know the difference! One evening I plan to go try the Jalapeño margarita I noticed they had written on the drink board!~ Only turn off was the $ 2.50 price tag on soda. I’m aware of the profit involved in the $ 50-$ 65 investment of a 5gal BNB of syrup and it isn’t necessary to charge this much for a great return. Will be back~! and drink water ;)

I had to stop going because I saw one to many people that were missing a tooth. It just got kind of trashy. I still give it 3 stars because the red salsa is still pretty good and now I have a child and they have a pretty cool room for kids.

First off I want to say that being from Texas we take our Mexican food/Tex Mex very seriously. My husband came home late from work and both of us were starving and in the mood for some mexican! Since we were so hungry we bypassed our usual spot for this place which is closer and had decent reviews. Upon arriving we were excited to see how busy the pace was. We figured we were in the right place. The chips and salsa came and the salsa was decent. Chips were meh but I don’t judge a place solely on the chips. My husband ordered the Carne Asada plate and I went with the half order of the chicken fajita nachos. Our food came out pretty dang quick, probably 6 – 7 min. As soon as I saw my husbands plate I knew we were in trouble. The Carne Asada appeared to be anything but fresh. It appeared to have been cooked way earlier and set in water or broth until ordered. He was not really impressed with the flavor either. My nachos didn’t look great either. The plating was terrible and the taste was meh. We both said this is a one and done kind of place. While service was prompt and fine the food was not at all up to par for Texas Mexican food. I seriously think On The Border is leaps and bounds better and Im not a fan of OTB at all. I would have rather eaten at Taco«Hell», saved some money, and been far more satisfied. If you are someone who wants fresh mexican food, good flavors, and an appetizing presentation(I mean clean the plate up, sloppy equals ugh) then please bypass this place and go somewhere like Casa Rita’s on Western Center or hell even On the Border.

Don’t get the lunch quesadilla. It’s only one small tortilla folded in half, cut in half. You can finish it in two bites. That’s eight bucks right there. I actually went to Panda Express on the way back home because I was still hungry. Service sucked that day. I never understood people that think it’s cool to start talking to me in Spanish(I am not Latin. At. All. Wrong kind of brown, Fool.) and then get annoyed when I respond in English. I will give them props for their salsa bar though.

Pulido’s is one of my favorite restaurants based mainly on this fact: Its the only place I know of in the area that makes chili colorado similar to how my mama makes. it is so absolutely wonderful. Service is good and friendly. I love the fact that most nights they have live harp music playing.
