BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
This is the worse customer I have ever dealt with. We couldn’t get hold of anyone. They lost our paperwork. Up the rent in the middle of trying to get the place and after wasting our time ten days later said no for income. Their application asks for gross income but in the end they used our net income to disqualify us. If the application asked for the net income in the first place they could have saved us time and money. Now we are in a fix with no where to live and very little time to look. Zero stars is what they deserve. A+ with the bbb. The bbb rating means nothing.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY! If I could give them 0 stars I would. We rented through them for almost a year and things seemed ok until we moved out. They hire the same company to do the walk-​through inspection AND they are paid to do any cleaning that was «missed» by the tenant. Umm talk about incentive for writing up things that don’t really need cleaning! We have been renting for years (military) and never lost any of our deposits but they charged us for ridiculous things like having to clean the whole oven because I missed a small spot on the handle, water spots in the shower that were there when we moved in, and also tried to charge us to «replace» a towel rack that was never in the house in the first place.
After all that was sorted out and they were supposed to send us our deposit back with the incorrect charges taken off, 3 weeks went by and we hadn’t received it. Had to call them back and got an «oh yeah, oops, we will get that out right away.» Finally got the check and they still had some charges deducted that we had contested so we called them back and they said they would send us the difference right away. Well here we are 2 and ½ weeks later, no check so I just called them again and and same story. «Oh sorry, hopefully we can get that out to you by the weekend.»
Bottom line, if you rent from them document EVERY teeny tiny thing in the house (I mean every tiny little water spot or ding in the wall).
I will say they are at least very polite when calling but the communication between agents in that office is terrible!

Worst real estate service in sahuarita! Do not use them! Once you sign the lease, you are just dollar signs to them! Terrible!!!
