There was a ROACH on the cash register when I went in there today for the first time. Need a say more?

This was the worst service ever. I ordered at 12:36 pm at 2:40pm I was still waiting. I called twice only to be told its on its way. I ended up canceling the order only to have the delivery person call my phone some 20 mins later to say they were here of course I informed the person that the order was cancelled. DONOT order from here the food is not worth it neither is the wait.

I kept calling to cancel and they hung up on me. Took 5 hours to deliver one bowl of food? 5? Ridiculous. They said they just finished making it but when I received my food it was freezing cold?

Pizza is decent. Service is decent. Typical NYC type pizza. I would recommend.

Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Terrible, terrible service. They took almost 2 hours to deliver and I live around the corner, literally 5 blocks. They also gave me the wrong order and refused to give me a refund because «they couldn’t resell it». Don’t waste your money.

OMG The worse I swear first and Last time I ever order from here. I placed the order at 10:40 I called them at 12 pm to see where my order was. The woman seemed Confused she then. sais give them 15 to w0 Min I said ok I called them. back at 12:37 she said they n already left. I said ok 1:06pm.call back she said oh my god. let me see where driver is she then puts me on hold for 6 min. I hang up call right back and she. picks up I said you left me on hold she then goes on to say with attitude well I was taking other orders. LIKE REALLY weren’t you suppose to be checking on driver. So I tell her well you can take this order to call driver and return the food I know eggs get cold fast and 49 min. oitaide they must be ice.cold. Driver knocks on door at I hang up on woman I. go to door and told him to return food and slammed door… Never again I ordered breakfast it’s now lunchtime assholes. SMH…

Not as terrible as some people make it out to be its not amazing it’s just a pizza spot as far as I’m concerned. Not Herod enough for 4 or 5 stars but not bad enough for 1 or 2 stars so 3 stars it is

It’s my birthday and my co-​workers offered to buy me lunch. I told them Farmers without realizing that there are two. My co-​worker called this one by mistake. This Farmers Pizza has terrible service. We were told it would take 40 – 50 minutes. (Our place of business is only 5 minutes away). After an Hour and 45 Minutes, we called for the 3^rd time to cancel the order. The lady on the phone (who had earlier told me 15 minutes, then later my co-​worker 10 minutes), told me that the chef JUST showed up. WHAT?! How is this business still open and functioning?
Advice: Go to the OTHER Farmers Pizza (on 111^th and Farmers) because they do deliveries quickly and the food is delicious.

They only get 1 star because there are no negative stars. I ordered with them from grubhub. The food was 20 minutes past the quote time so grubhub kindly called them for me to find out what the holdup was, give me an updated quote time, and offered me free grub on my next order. Great! My food shows up within 5 – 10 minutes and they got the order wrong. I called Farmer’s direct and the snotty girl on the phone put me on hold then hung up. I called back and simply told her it was me again and we got cut off and she snaps at me that she put me on hold. No, bitch. Or else why would I have to call back if I was already on hold, genius? Anywho, I tell her what was wrong with my order and she tells me when the delivery driver gets back he will bring me the correct items. She also tells me not to touch any of the wrong food. Not that I planned to anyway since it wasn’t what the hell I ordered in the first place but still that rubbed me the wrong way. Like what are they gonna do, resell it? Um, eww. But, wait! It gets better. While I wait I proceed to eat one of the items I did actually order which was stuffed shells. They were lukewarm and I’ve had better in a school cafeteria but whatever I was hungry. Literally, within 30 seconds of taking my last bite my stomach starts grumbling. 2 minutes later I puked the whole thing up. Which brings me back to my reaction to the whole «don’t touch the wrong food» thing. Because for all I know that was someone else’s wrong order that they were told not to touch and they just sent it to me not knowing what the hell the person did with it. Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering from this place again and I would advise you to do the same. I wouldn’t feed this crap to my dog.

Great salads, with a variety of choices for toppings. Pizza is okay but there sandwhiches are great. Delivery is slow but food is still steaming hot when it arrives so no complaints from me.

Their custom made salads are pretty good — also depends on who’s making it that day. Gyros aren’t bad either, but they’re a lil small.
They have an «A» health inspection rating now. Just don’t get delivery from here and stay away from the pizza.

TERRIBLE !!! Customer service, you order over the phone and they act & respond like you’re bothering them. When you order any thing (pizza pasta etc.) it takes FOREVER I literally live 5 block away and it took 1 hr & a half for my pizza to arrive. The baked ziti is good I guess not the best. The pizza should be cooked a little longer. Do not gooooo there !!

When to get a salad today and was just disgusted because the guy that helped me had the tomatoes just laying out on the table with crumbs and other foods on it and tried to put it into my salad smdh. Not to mention the place has a grade pending sticker in front when if you check they really have a C rating my the city. Place should be closed down will never eat there again.

Going on 2 hours and I’ve yet to receive my food. Called them and they said that the food was on the way. That was at 10:05pm. My husband then called back at 10:30 and we were promised that our food would be delivered hot. The woman on the phone obviously did not care and neither does the delivery driver. The food is really good but the lack of customer service skills makes me never want to order from them again! Mind you my food was supposed to be delivered by 10 pm. Never again!!!

Delivery was on time and the food was okay.
I ordered twice from this place and on both occasions, they made a mistake on my order. :(

Just moved to the area and was craving pizza, most of the places around here don’t take credit cards and I didn’t feel like running to a ATM, Farmers pizza took credit cards with no problem, not knowing what I was getting I gave them a shot, boy I’m glad I did nice fresh and hot pizza with gobs of cheese, I’ll absolutely order from here again!

Their pizzas are not the greatest. I bought a slice of buffalo slice… let just say it was disgusting. I only go there for their tossed salad and it’s fairly priced.

Over 90mins for my food to be delivered obviously once it arrived it was cold… Disgusting

Just when I thought I would be fine with Farmers Pizza & Grill, today’s experience occurred. All I wanted was a simple Tex Mex Panini and a milkshake. Home girl who took my order proceeded to ask me what’s in their panini, which is clearly stated on their menu, then asked me how to spell panini. But it gets better! I called back because I forgot to tell her I’m paying by card, she tells me she’ll call me back. Peculiar, but I agreed nonetheless. Five minutes pass. Ten. Thirty. I call her back, and she tells me that I should empathize with her since she’s the only one working and she has many people to take care of. I work alone as well, but I’d never, ever tell a client that they need to comfort me because I have too many people on my hands. You take care of each one and move the hell on.
Here’s the icing on the cake: I consider myself to be patient, REALLY patient. Hell, if you’re justified I’ll wait as long as you need me to. After her first, «I’ll call you back for your card number,» she asked me every time what my order was. I called five times, each time growing more and more despondent. I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume every damn body has caller ID, so you know when I’m calling. Maybe she should have taken heed upon seeing my number pop up and have my information up. She tried to get me off the phone as fast as she could, but not before telling me by my final call back that she deals with the people who order in store first, then the people on the phone. I don’t care how you handle customers, but at least have the decency to make me feel as if I’m the only one being taken care of at the time, even if you have 500 people in front of your face with tentacles for hair. Long story short, I ended up canceling my order and ate somewhere else… but she still called me twenty minutes later for my card number.
Initially I thought that I was just really upset for no reason and gave myself time before writing this review. I waited a full hour and still feel the same. Maybe it’s the fact that I do my best to give great customer service I feel everyone should do the same, or maybe it was because I was starving when I made the order. Regardless of which, this is the worst experience I’ve had, and the girl’s nonchalance made it even worse.
So, in conclusion: Farmers Pizza and Grill’s customer service sucks. Too bad their food is great. Guess I gotta actually learn how to cook.

This place makes very good Gyros. and they make all kind of sandwiches too… I will come back and try something esle…
