We made reservations for jet skis and when we got there they claimed otherwise and rented out our jet skis to other customers and said that we would have to wait over an hour to ride. After confirming the number we had called, the old lady got really defensive and was extremely rude. We asked for compensation for their failure to do their job correctly, she said no, telling us that she didn’t want our business anymore.

Terrible experience! The boat we were given had significant motor issues and could not reach a speed faster than about 9mph. The boat was described to have a 150 horsepower engine and should have been sufficient to pull a knee board. We were unable to get our knee boarder up! To make matters worse, we were unlucky enough to be caught in a thunder storm, which made the very slow and chugging motor a real problem. We were afraid that it would suddenly quit and we would be stuck in the storm! When we finally returned to the dock, the lady who manages the company was unapologetic about the poorly maintained boat with such significant motor problems. Not only did she seem uncaring about the boat issues but she was rather rude. We will be disputing the charges with our credit card company. Do not rent from them!!!

We reserved a Bayliner for a family trip, and the boat we were given was very poorly maintained. The engine wouldn’t reach any significant speeds and would cut in and out constantly. The seats were ripped up and there was trash in the storage compartments. When we mentioned the deficiencies to management, the lady was disrespectful and unapologetic. We wish we had read some reviews before booking because it seems we’re not alone in our experience. This company needs to up their game when it comes to customer service and maintenance of their equipment.

This place is awesome! Very helpful staff, if you need any questions find Dianne Boyd and she will help you out! I’ve been Jetskiing twice here and each time it was worth every penny! Go support this local Business, it is located behind the Conch House Restaurant. I had an amazing time both times and will be back soon! –Trevor

Went here for my husbands birthday to rent a jet ski(both of us rode on one). Price is about 106 after taxes, this pricing includes fuel and is for 1 hour. On the water. Instructions are easy and concise, the woman(who I assume runs the joint) is very friendly, however, some of their other employees need a lesson in customer service. I called a few times in advance for further information and I was mostly greeted with rudeness and little to no help. As we came back from our excursion one of the guys(3 – 4 of these guys work the dock, giving you life jackets and helping you on your apparatus as well as guiding you into the inlet) was extremely rude. Basically scolding my husband as if he were a child because he accidentally went a LITTLE(5 mph at the most) fast near the dock, mainly because he was going the wrong way and needed to turn out(on a jet ski you must step on the gas to turn). This young man told us that we(his customers) made them look like“real idiots” and went on and on and on, basically whining like a 3 year old at this point. I understand we were in the wrong as we were near boats in which some individuals live in, but if you want to let your customers know something… try using you common sense and address us with respect, don’t speak to us as if were some hooligans in a bar. Needless to say, we did not tip these jokers and I will never again bring my service to such a poorly ran place. You treat your customers like children yet we’re paying you to have a good time. A little advice for the employees of this establishment, learn how to treat your customers in a respectable manner, it goes a long way.
