St Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club

We love this place! Price is great such a relaxing place. Not to many people on top of you. You have room to breathe. Has 2 pools and many hot tubs. The rooms are all 2 bedrooms. We have been coming here for years but this room has been our favorite.

I’ve vacationed here since the 80’s & it’s just as great today as it was then. Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, friendly!!! I haven’t got one complaint.

Nice place, helpful security, gated lot with gated beach access. Units are a bit on the small side. Good for families with 4 – 5 members, but that’s about it. Plenty of parking space and hot tubs. Comes with pool access and tennis courts, as well as free tennis lessons for beginners. Staff are also prompt to handle any situations that may arise.

Nice facilities but it seems as If the security guards are out to fight people instead of do their job. We encountered Chuck and his unprofessional and uncalled for attitude on our trip in August. After treating me and my girlfriend like we were children he proceeded to insult her with a sexiest comment then get off his golf cart and put himself within 2 inches of my face when I refused to act like I was 5 and play into his power trip. As someone who has never had an encounter with anyone like this in my life, it was clear he had an intention to start a fight. I have never been so insulted and seen such an abuse of ones position as I did with him. Because of this behavior I will never return and I do not recommend anyone else to.
