Deluxe Nails

I get my eyebrows done here all the time! The lady that usually does them and my pedicures always finds time to fit me in and work with my busy schedule! She remembers my face which is also nice to be familiar with your customers.

I’ve been going to Deluxe Nails for a few years now. I’ve tried the other quick nail places in the same area and prefer this one. I’m a regular to say the least! If you want all the frills none of these small nail places are for you. This place works on mainly appts and they are the priority, so ALWAYS call to get on their on their schedule. Even if its spur of the moment just call, if they are free they’ll take you. That’s a perk for me being a busy mom, I need nails done at certain time, not on a wait list… They have always done great work on Pedi’s and mani. I’m not a fan of their French, they seem to make it too thick unnatural to my nail line. (so I just don’t get that)
She also takes care of my eyebrows.
I’ve always been treated very nicely.

I’ve never been treated so poorly after my no-​chip nails chipped the very same day I got them done… This place is not worth the money they’re asking for and they do not guarantee their work. I would give no stars if possible.

I would give this nail salon 0 stars if that was possible. Not only is this salon ripping people off, they are giving terrible nail service. I have never seen a NO CHIP manicure on ACRYLICS chip so fast. Atrocious customer service, don’t make the mistake of coming here!!!

Was in St. Charles overnight for work and wanted to get a mani-​pedi. I called to make an appointment and when I arrived (about 10 min early) my water was ready in the pedi chair. The woman who did my nails was really polite and hospitable. She did a very thorough job and my nails turned out great. I ended up not really liking the color polish I chose for my fingers, but that was my fault! Would recommend this place for a quick stop in. The only thing I can say is that the décor and atmosphere is not necessarily top notch. It was perfect for the one-​time, but if I lived in St. Charles I may not go here regularly because it doesn’t have a super relaxing vibe. Overall, great service, priced like a typical nail salon– just nothing super fancy.

This place was absolutely terrible. I went in at 2:15 for a no chip manicure, had to be somewhere at 3:30.left there at 3:30 still without getting a hand massage. The manicure was so uneven and lumpy. She painted my skin, took over an hour. It’s now 2 days later and the manicure is chipped, uneven and blotchy. Never going back.

Started going to Deluxe right when I moved at Saint Charles and at first I loved it. I especially love that you can have your own box of tools. However, the last time I went I asked for a design with gems and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. My friend also asked for a reverse French and they said they couldn’t do it. I will prob go back and give them a second chance but I shouldn’t have to feel bad for asking for designs on my nails.

Great nail salon! Had a good variety of colors to choose from and did a very good job. They took there time on both my friend and I and made sure that they produced good quality work. But when we went to pay they would not let us use our coupon that Unilocal had supplied us with!:(besides that, they did a great job, I will be going back soon!

This place is my favorite! I started going here because my Mom is a regular customer. After the first time I went I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. My nail tech is amazing and my nails look great every time I leave. Everyone there is super friendly and the salon is very clean. You will not be disappointed!

About 2 – 3 months before my wedding I called here and made an «appointment» for 6 people to get manis & pedis. I thought I was doing them a favor by telling them so many people would be coming at once and it would insure that it wouldn’t take 3 hours to get through us all. They claimed they would call me back a week prior to confirm but never did.
We went anyway and walked in with 5 people for manis and 4 of those for pedis. They seemed surprised to see us and definitely were not staffed to handle us.
The lady who did my nails recommended the No Chip polish for my mani which was great. My wedding was 10 days ago and things are still looking great. However, she was very rough when filing the sides and even caused me to bleed. When she saw that I noticed, she shrugged and said Sorry.
One friend had her pedi done first and there was a large gap between when she was done and when we were.
All in all, things were fine but odd. $ 75 for mani & pedi isn’t too bad and I was happy with the end result.

My friend and I wanted to get a mani-​pedi together so we researched places on Unilocal decided to try out Deluxe Nails. The place looks like you typical nail place. The way the pedicure chairs are set up you can see all of the supplies in the storage space. They did a nice job. They did a good job of painting and shaping my nails for the manicure. The price was right too for a mani-​pedi only $ 35. I have paid more before for only a pedicure. The nail polish seemed a little old, too. Next time I would probably bring my own since I have an extensive collection of OPI.

I started going here 3 years ago since a friend convinced me to try gel nails in the pink and white. Well, not only do I keep coming back, but my mother comes with me and has her nails done too now. Charlie — the owner– is the best ! When I was going on a trip to Maui, I had heard about problems with gel nails in salt water, but Charlie told me not to worry that his formula will not yellow, and I have never had a problem with mine, and I do enjoy snorkeling. I pass places that do nails to get to Deluxe Nails. They are a relaxed setting and very friendly.

Decided to give it another try after being contacted by the owner who was apologetic about the previous treatment. Diane who did my pedicure was very courteous and did a great job. Charlie gave me a $ 5 gift card before I left. I paid another $ 5 for the sea salt scrub which seemed a little expensive since I have gotten it as complementary in other places. I was in a hurry so there wasnt enough time for a nice leg massage which I am sure Diane would have been happy to do. Overall good experience this time.

I’m two weeks late in posting this. Oops. Anyway, I walked in after work for a mani/​pedi after reading the Unilocal reviews. They said hello, asked me to pick a color and sat me at a pedi chair immediately. They even gave me a remote control to watch tv :) the place is a little bare-​bones, but what they lack in ‘fluff’ they make up for in excellent customer service :) I was handled very gently and enjoyed my mani/​pedi immensely :) My girl was so sweet. When I got to my car she came out after me saying she forgot my topcoat (one nail she had to repaint because I smudged it on accident). I really liked the overall service and I’ll definitely be back!

Quick, clean, professional. My cousin and I went into this place needing both manis and pedis in 30 minutes. I had to rush off to work, but I needed to get my nails did for new years eve. They have nice high quality nail polishes, and the fancy spa pedicure chair oOOOoo. If you want the job done for one of the cheapest prices I’ve seen in this area then Deluxe is where you want to be at.

very clean. very friendly. what more can you ask for? especially when 99% of other nail salons have employees who are indifferent about cleanliness and only care to do a mediocre job. everytime i’m in the area, i stop by here.

I have been to a lot of nail salons in areas like Carol Stream and Glendale Heights, but this place is the best. It is sanitary, friendly, and they actually greet you before saying «pick a color». Since I have been going there I have already gotten services discounted, even fixing my color gel nail for free (that’s expensive stuff). Charlie and Tracey (Husband and Wife owners) are great people. Plus they do pedicures, waxing, permanent makeup and tattoos. I really trust these people and they are friendly and the prices are decent.
