I have talked to Julie,
and I am so happy to see that this office has a great office manager. She listened and was understanding with my concerns. She was apologetic and explained that their office goal is to give people the best experience possible. She explained that the lab employees are from Delnor hospital and she has reached out to Delnors management in regards to this matter. She also stated that my mothers lab orders have been sent to Delnor so that she can have her labs drawn. Overall I appreciate her kidness and time to not only explain but understand both mine and my mothers frusteration.

My husband and I have been patients of this practice for over ten years, including when it was Dr. Reeder and Associates. While I wish they participated in the CDH MyChart system, I have always been pleased with the care I received here. I am able to get appointments quickly and I find calls are returned promptly.
