Horrid customer service. Andrew specifically. I couldn’t even get through the appointment scheduling process with this company. Andrew was rude, very strange, unclear and specifically invited me to write this review of Kramer Photography — so here you go!

I called and asked how long it would take to get a picture frame and was told 5 days. I drove all the way over there to find out that it would take 2 weeks. Needless to say… I’m annoyed they lied to me and I’ll be going elsewhere.

As a parent wanting to capture all the most important memories for a son’s 16^th Surprise Party… I couldn’t have asked for a photographer who caught every moment of that party from start to finish! Our photographer, Andrew Fiedelman captured pictures that truly brought «happy» tears to my eyes. His attention to detail to professionalism both with the adults and kids, made people feel comfortable & willing to take pictures of them… That itself is truly a talent that you cannot teach someone. Thank you Andrew for giving me the memories I will cherish forever
