This hotel is nothing like the pictures show or is advertised. The hotel rooms are disgusting and dirty! We were given room 405 and couldn’t get the deadbolt to lock for nothing so we called the front desk and asked for another room. He said he would check it in a few minutes. After a few minutes he called back and said it’d be like 15 minutes, because he had a lot of people in the lobby. We told him we just wanted another room that had a working lock so we could go to bed and didn’t want to wait. He got very rude with me and hung up. He came to our room about 30 – 45 minutes later and saw for himself that the deadbolt didn’t work before he gave us another room key. We still had to transfer our bags from 405 to 408 but instead of letting us do that he put the rest of our stuff outside the hotel room. I walked back up to him to grab the rest of the stuff and he got very huffy and started carrying it to our other room and wouldn’t let it go even though I kept trying to take our stuff. Then he dropped our cooler in our room and took off without saying a word. We tried finding another hotel in the area but everyone was booked so we decided to stay — this was at midnight. During the night we realized the toliet barely flushed and the air conditioner wouldn’t work all night long until morning when we were leaving and we found several bugs in our bed not to mention the fact that the rooms were filthy! When we checked out we informed the front desk of all of the issues and told him we wanted a refund. His name is «NAG». He said he’d have to call his manager and I could call in 30 mins to find out if she was issuing a refund. When I called he told me she would not refund it and that he checked the room and everything worked fine and there were no bugs in our bed. That’s funny because I took pictures of everything in our room. The bugs are carpet furniture beetle larvae. I did my research. I also noticed bug traps in the lobby ONTHECOFFEECOUNTER checking out.
