Sunnydale Mobile Home Park

Moved our brand new trailer in here a few months back. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to raise a family. Yes, there might be strict rules about things here, but that what keeps the neighborhood nice. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

This place used to be a great neighborhood to live in. Now its turned into a «nit picky about everything» trailer court. People are moving out left and right. It all went to hell when our faithful landlord retired and was replaced with a new landlord. The landlord now drives around every day of the week and writes notices for every single thing she can find wrong with your property. Perhaps you have left an everyday item outside on your porch! Sorry I wanted to enjoy the weather and eat outside… forgot my fork out there. Whoops! Well you might get evicted because of it.
Everyone that has been here for 20 or more years are being chased out by this woman! Beware… regardless of what property she has available for you to view… it was once the home of someone that faithfully lived here for many years and just couldn’t take the crap anymore.
Nothing is peaceful around here!!!
