The food was good, standard TGIFriday fare. But our waiter, Ryan, made the evening enjoyable. Helpful, funny, made perfect suggestions… Oh yeah, and the whiskey cake is to DIEFOR.

The worst meal I have had in s really long time! And even though requesting non –smoking…the entire place reaks of smoke and the waitresses all look like biker bar babes!

Well, let me start by saying the manager on duty was very nice. He’s the reason they got a star at all. Starting with a simple request for water without ice. Fail. Are we stripes members? Yes! So we get chips and salsa. Fail. She forgot them. We needed to get the manager to fix my daughter’s drink, because the waitress couldn’t be found. Fail. The food was adequate, at best. Fail. Trying to use the stripes reward points toward the bill. Their website was down. Fail. Had to get the manager to adjust the bill. Even the table next to us had a problem. The whole meal was just depressing, which stinks, since we went there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Btw, this was during a late lunch. The place was not very busy. There’s no excuse for screwing everything up.

I used to come here weekly but then I started to get very sick after eating here and after three times of that I realized its probably not a coincidence. It was always when I got their burgers that I got sick. Wait staff is pretty good and I love their appetizers and drinks so if I do come back I’m sticking to nachos and a beer, just to be safe.

My boyfriend and I used to come every Wednesday for their $ 3 martini specials! Ok, I made my boyfriend come with me every Wednesday, so I could enjoy the $ 3 martini specials! I REALLY miss their endless appetizer deal; however, the menu is great as is. I’ve never had a problem with service, like some of the other Unilocalers mention. I recall having a small mishap with some food(once out of the dozen times we ate there) and it was instantly taken care of and replaced. They seem to sincerely care about customer satisfaction and they have a stellar rewards program too. Whenever we go now, we always request Madison. She is absolutely amazing! Great customer service and so incredibly sweet. When you dine in, make sure to request her section! As soon as the patio re-opens, we will be back every Wednesday!

Came in expecting maybe 2 stars and I would of left comfortably. Didn’t get greeted for 5+ minutes. Got an appetizer before my bottled beer. My side order of wings were cold within 30 seconds on touching the table. Absolutely no manager presence. Server tried her best but lacked training. Would expect more from a corporate restaurant.

Wish I would have read the reviews before we went here. Our waiter Bryan was great but the food was just okay. My burger was cold, soggy, and I did not eat a quarter of it. The hamburger meat was dry and the avocado was so thin that if I didn’t know I ordered it I wouldn’t know it was on the burger. The ribs were dry and a little over cooked but the steak was perfect. Disappointing for sure!

This was the 2nd time I tried this Fridays and it was just as bad as the 1st time. There was no waiting and went straight to a table and this was at 6pm. Everything was good with apps and drinks then the wait. We watched several tables come, eat and leave before our food was ever severed. Then when it came the fish was warm and the burger was as dry as jerky. When this was brought to the attention of the waitress she gave either excuses or wanted to argue with me about it. She said if I wanted a moist burger I should have ordered a different one, This one had 2 thin patties that were dry as can be. I had better burgers with more meat than at White Castle. The more I discussed the issue the more the waitress wanted to debate with me to the point that I should read the menu better next time. Of coarse management said they would give us a free dessert. Well they will not get any more of my money. 2 times is enough.

First trip back to TGI Friday’s in a couple of months. Prices seem to have risen. We ordered the Fried Green Beans as an app, and a big part of my meal. I ordered the cheese broccoli soup, hubby got one of those Jack Daniels’s burgers. Friend green beans were not done … they were tough — but it was weird the breading was almost over cooked. I suspect they were frozen. I’ve had these several times in the past, and always enjoyed them. Something has changed. Cheese broccoli soup was nothing that I could not have made at home, and it was a super small portion. Hubby didn’t comment too much on the burger … he said it was okay. I will add the servers and management do notice if you do not seem happy with the food, and will take it off your bill, and profusely apologize … that is great … but I think Fridays needs to up their food quality … then they wouldn’t need to comp uneaten food, and apologize — just purchase better quality products. Remember airline food … it’s kind of like that.

This location has mediocre service most of the time. The bartender, Jennifer, was adequate and pleasant but spent more time at the service bar and stocking rather than interacting with customers. The food is decent. I would recommend the parmesan steak fries. The tomato and mozzarella salad was fair. The grape tomatoes were ripe, but there were only 4 small half spheres of mozzarella and not that flavorful. Their ribeye steak must be a low grade. It’s mealy. They need to buy their steaks from Manninos in Cottleville. You’ll get a better steak at Pio’s or Longhorn. They do have a very pleasant hostess who is blonde and a little more mature than most of the staff. I’ve never seen a manager interacting with people much. I stop because it’s in my neighborhood and serves dinner later than most places, but I’m repeatedly disappointed by inadequate customer service and mediocre food.

Americano y con clase. Resumen de la experiencia: Horario: Cena Capacidad: Amplia Atención: Amable. Te apuran un poco. Pero es normal acá en USA. Producto: Excelentes carnes y hamburguesas. Me gustó. Vinagreta en el punto justo. Mandarinas humedas que casi se deshacían en tu boca. Nunca había probado los arándanos rojos, son como las pasas de uva pero ácidos. Lo único que le critico a éste plato es el roquefort. No usan queso azul fresco, usan queso seco. No me gustó. Recomiendo.

This is by far the perfect and most convenient places to grab a pre or post cinema bite with friends and co-workers. It’s a typical Friday’s experience but the friendliness of the staff along with being in walking distance of theater is what sets this one apart.

I went to Friday’s with a coupon for my birthday. I was seated near a table of about 12 people who were celebrating a birthday or birthdays; I couldn’t tell which cause their server agave each person at the table balloon birthday hats. Last month I took my s inter to this same restaurant to celebrate her birthday and our server gave her a balloon birthday hat and brought her a complimentary dessert. My server was aware it was my birthday because she saw my birthday coupon. She didn’t offer me a balloon hat, nor a complimentary dessert – in fact, she didn’t even wish me a Happy Birthday. I ordered the Jim Daniel hamburger which was quite good, but the fries were served cold. The service was just okay, nothing to brag about.

Our waitress Tonya was awesome! This is not a reflection on her at all! The reason they are getting one star is as follows… My best friend and I went to this location and ordered the exact same thing. We ordered around 1pm and didn’t get our food until 2pm we ordered the steaks medium. As soon as our food came out the manager came and apologised for the meals talking so long. As we cut into our steaks mine I could tell right away was overcooked which wasnt a huge deal but my best friends was bleeding it was so rare. I hunted down the manager, nathan, again and showed him the steak. He basically got a instant attitude with me and told me it was fine and refused to take it back or take it off the bill or even hear us out for that matter. This was almost a $ 20 meal that half the steak had to be tossed. Beware of this location esp if NATHAN is the manager that day. Not only will you get treated lesser than human but you will not get your food for a hour even when it isn’t busy.

We came here because I didn’t know what I wanted to eat. Didn’t eat lunch so we were going to eat dinner at 5pm. We decided to go to Friday’s. There seemed to be a handful of regulars. They had 4 or 5 girls behind the bar, all were friendly. Plus side, it was happy hour. They have happy hour til 7pm. Who knew? $ 2 drinks $ 1 off draft Cons: The one in st. Charles, you can smoke at. Yuck! They don’t have menus for happy hour. They are just randomly saying stuff

My mom recently moved to a new address, and this past Saturday, my husband and I spent about 7 hours getting all of her technological devices in order. For example, we signed her up with Netflix, got everything at her house working wirelessly, helped her switch to a new mobile carrier, and helped her figure out her new phone. Believe you me, this was hard work. Just ask my husband. He’s the one who did everything. :) By the time lunch rolled around, we were starving. I chose Friday’s for a couple of reasons: 1. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and they have a somewhat eclectic menu. 2. I don’t know much about restaurants in the St. Charles area, and at that particular moment, I wasn’t ready to take a risk on a new place. Our experience at Friday’s was pretty great. No one at my table raved about the food, but it was tasty and attractively presented. My dining companions had a plain burger with fries and a California club sandwich with a side salad. I can’t tell you what those were like, but I have provided photos. I had the«tostado nachos» from the starters menu, which consisted of eight tostada halves«loaded with refried beans, seasoned ground beef and melted cheese.» The nachos come with jalapeños as well as a bit of salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded lettuce. I omitted the jalapeños. Overall, the nachos had a good flavor. The chips had ample coverage from the refried beans and cheese, but I would not say they were«loaded» with ground beef. I hardly detected any beef at all. That was not a huge issue for me, but a meat-lover might have been disappointed. I believe the nachos were heated in the oven(as is common), and I really enjoyed the crispy brown tostada edges. I did not care for the salsa, which I attribute to my own personal preferences. I also did not care for the guacamole, which I attribute to the fact that it was gross. It was extraordinarily citrus-y. I don’t mind a little lemon juice in my guacamole, but lemon was the predominant flavor in this particular serving of guac. I ended up taking 3 nachos home with me for dinner. I have this odd obsession with leftover nachos. I’ll order the appetizer-sized portion of nachos knowing well and good that I’ll be making another meal out of it. It’s like I’m becoming my grandmother. She took pride in getting 2 or 3 meals out of one dish. For me, the main drawback of this location is that they permit smoking. I, of course, would prefer a completely smoke-free environment, but the smokiness wasn’t bad during our visit. In terms of the food, I’d probably give Friday’s 3 or 3.5 stars. However, the service was fantastic. I’m going with 4 stars, at least for this visit. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and on top of my Diet Coke refills. I appreciate that.

The pecan chicken salad is very good. The staff was excellent with our large group. They were patient while we ordered, used coupons and paid in a variety of comb, forms & systems. They were successful with the«on the side» & side orders. We had a very good time & a lot of compliments about the different foods ordered.

It is difficult to find a place to get a steak and a veggie entrée from the same menu, so when my wife revealed that TGI Friday’s had a Black Bean Veggie Burger, it climbed to the top of our list last night, as we were dining with a good friend, who happens to be vegetarian. For a Saturday night, the wait was pretty short, maybe 15 minutes, so I was happy to get in and get seated so quickly. The staff seemed busy despite the short wait, and everyone was very friendly. We started with drinks, the ladies had mudslides while I tried what turned out to be a delicious, yet incredibly sweet Captain Morgan Island Punch. As much as I liked this concoction of Captain Morgan, another Dark Rum which I cannot recall the name of, then pineapple juice, and grenadine, it was so sweet that it took me the entire meal to finish it. In addition to the drinks we tried the Green Bean Fries, which were delicious! My wife and I also took side salads, which turned out to be less than yummy. My Caesar Salad was possibly the worst I’ve ever tasted. I’m a bit of a Caesar snob, but I’ve had better Caesar’s from fast food restaurants. For the main course, the ladies each ordered the Black Bean Veggie Burger. and I had the 10oz Ribeye with fries. The fries were very good, the steak, not so much. It lacked flavor, and a good portion of the steak ended up being a fatty mess. Again, I could not finish it. The Black Bean burgers went over quite well, though. In all, this wasn’t an impressive meal. The Green Bean Fries were interesting, but not worth making a second trip. The Black Bean burgers definitely brought us into the restaurant, but next time our friend is in town, I’m sure we will look to another place to suit her needs. TGI Fridays has a great staff, and everyone was incredibly nice. Our server, Sarah P. was great, and kept us full on water and attended to us very well. Fridays still has the best Mudslides, but it just isn’t the kind of place that jumps in mind when I am looking to dine out. St. Charles is loaded with restaurants with great food, Fridays just isn’t one of them.

I ended up going here late night for dinner. The food was very good and came out very fast. The drinks were extremely tasty. The TGIF loyalty program is awesome and even if you don’t come often sign up for it! It looked like there were plenty of regulars as well which is always a good thing to see. All the servers were very nice as well.
