I used this valet at the Hilton Double Tree in downtown Detroit. I handed them the brand new electronic key fob for my Ford Fusion and received it broken off the chain and the mechanical key inside missing. They denied it, of course, and said it broke all by itself. It cost me $ 200 to replace. I asked the dealership and they say that has never happened. I’m never trusting this company again. Document the condition of everything before you hand it to valet.

This company is responsible for parking at the Hilton Garden Inn in Detroit. I stayed here in September used the valet to park, upon checkout had items missing. Would never trust them to park my car again, as management told me it was my fault. Make sure to take all valuables with you and check the valets pockets after they park your car.
