My husband and I came in with my in-​laws to join their family plan. It was a complicated switch and it took a really long time. Chase was awesome and made everything really smooth and was really patient with getting everything switched over for us. He was really friendly and put everyone at ease when we didn’t think things were going to work out as we had planned. We are extremely happy with our new service and our new phones! Thanks!
